I dined with two other family members in September, and we enjoyed this restaurant very much. We all had seafood dishes which were fresh and wonderful. Mine was three pieces of seafood served over a butter-rich black (squid ink?) pasta and it was amazing! Anyone visiting this island should try this restaurant.

On a fairly unassuming street corner, this small restaurant is doing something different. Elegant and unusual food, prepared before your eyes (the kitchen is 'in' the dining area). Prices are higher than the average in surrounding restaurants, but there's a very good reason for that. This is definitely not average food. Great service too.

Food extraordinary and service is very professional. Very clean place in an old style restaurant. Price very honest. Maybe the best restaurant in all Madeira island. We found this restaurant on TripAdvisor and as usual, we were not disappointed.We had risotto with prawns and the duck. Both were cooked perfectly.I had the apple tart which again was top drawer.Beautiful building, high ceilings and nice decoration.Staff were very friendly.Dear Mr. Relax911,Thank you for taking time to leave a remark.
