We were looking forward to trying Elements based on previous reviews. First the service was extremely slow, both with our server and speed of food being delivered. The ceviche was bland and needed seasoning. The beet salad was okay, nothing special. The best dish of all was the Mahi, preparation was perfect and flavor was great.

My brother and I spent 5 days in Medford, Oregon, eating twice at El Molcajete Mexican restaurant. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. There is a friendly and efficient staff and the decor and atmosphere were just right.

Our first visit will absolutely NOT be our last!! Great tasting food at crazy reasonable prices. The salsa variety is broad, tasty and spicy. The pork is flavorful and moist, the fresh made corn tortillas are warm and delicious. The tomatillo sauce is as good as everything above. I am looking forward to coming back and trying more and more!
