We regularly go here for sushi . Excellent quality, beautiful presentation. Sometimes we sit at the bar and get mojitos and appetizers. Sally and her husband are the kindest, hardest working couple you will ever meet. They both remember the regulars orders too.. The place is always busy for both regular dinner and hibachi. A fun place. Plenty of parking.

We went to Fuji Grill, which is correctly called Fuji Grill III, for dinner.I started with miso soup, which was good, then had a sashimi platter, with rice. I asked what kind of fish was offered, and was told it usually includes ahi, salmon, and white tuna, which is not tuna at all, but escolar, which can cause severe gastrointestinal distress. I told our server that I didn't eat white tuna, and my sashimi platter didn't have any. The octopus, ahi tuna, salmon, and two other types of fish was fresh and delicious. My girlfriend's chicken teriyaki was not so good, chewy and with a strange texture, unlike freshly cooked chicken. She has ordered the dish before at this location, and it has always been good, but not this time. The California Roll was reportedly good.

I disagree with the other reviewers. The sushi here is subpar, sloppily rolled, made with cheap nori, and served with soy sauce that isn't meant for sushi, being far too salty. If you're looking for sushi and reading this now head to the city (sea bar or Kuni's) or to Depew (Kumo)! This place should step up their game.

Had a nice time here, pretty straight forward Hibachi. Nothing over the top, just solid service with a smile. Our chef was very entertaining and liberal with sake, all you need to do is ask. Good clean fun, no frills, I would dine here again.Good:-Polite waitstaff-Filet Mignon & Salmon was tasty-Filet Mignon & Chicken was good too-I did not eat it, but the other patrons we sat with enjoyed their fresh sushi, I wish I gave it a shot-The chef cooked it to medium, and was right on the money - to my liking-Plenty of parking in the lotBad:-Just being picky, but depending on the chef, you may get a more entertaining cooking experience, some perform more tricks than others
