Experience the vivid colours and aromatic smells of Asia without even leaving the hotel; itâs all available daily at our in-house restaurant, âNOSH Pan Asianâ. While the buffet breakfast offers traditional favourites including cereals, pastries, tropical
We don't normally go for buffet but we were presented with a two for the price of one offer because we were hotel guest so we fell for it. Literally. (I later saw a sign outside the hotel advertising the same "deal"). It wasn't really a "deal" for guest.Food was typical buffet. The crab was tasteless and overcooked. The prawns were acceptable. Oysters were tiny, probably 1/8 of the ones you'd typically buy from supermarkets. The cooked foods were OK, nothing special. We should have spent the money elsewhere and gotten far better food.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This review is not about one particular visit, but years of visits. I'm not sure if there is something on the menu that we haven't tried, but my favourite is Grilled Salmon and Salad. You will not find a more perfectly cooked piece of fish anywhere. My wife loves the grilled Snapper and my sons love the burgers and the calamari.Oh and the chicken schnitzel burger is epic. The service is great too!

Visited on a Sunday afternoon for high tea with a friend. The views were beautiful; the restaurant moves very slowly and we did a full rotation during the high tea. Lovely to see both the ocean and river from the 26th floor. The price is fairly reasonable for a high tea ($39pp with tea/coffee) but it is inferior to other high teas I have enjoyed. Firstly, my peppermint tea consisted of a teabag I needed to remove from its wrapper and then brew in a pot of water. I would really expect brewed loose leaf at a high tea! Secondly, the "pannacotta" was incredibly grainy and very unpleasant. I advised the waitress, who apologised and kindly provided some alternative cakes. Thirdly, the scones tasted like they may have been frozen (freshly made scones are very quick and simple to make for most home cooks!). Lastly, guests were all placed at neighbouring tables despite there being ample room. While this may be convenient for waitresses, spreading guests out a bit more would have been more enjoyable and would have given each table unobstructed views. Toilets were also down two flights of stairs. Overall, lovely views and "ok" high tea which could be improved so easily!Dear Shannon5487,Thank you for dining with us and taking the time to provide us your review. We always appreciate the opportunity to do better and your comments have been passed on to our wider team for their attention. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed views from our venue and wait team was attentive to you. We hope to get the chance to see you back at Four Winds soon.Kind regards,ChintanFood and Beverage Duty Manager

Prepare for a journey of gastronomic proportions at Bazaar Interactive Marketplace, your plate is your passport and there are no rules on which destinations to explore.
We have stayed at the QT Hotel on a previous occasion and it what brought us back again. Included in our accommodation stay was breakfast which was very consistent in its quality and freshness, with pleasant staff, quickly removing plates and immediately cleaning a vacated table for further guests arriving. We also had the pleasure of enjoying 2 evening restaurant visits as Bazaar is an upmarket smorgasbord. Exception being a steak ordered is delivered to the table. When dinning options are this enjoyable, with good service and food, its hard to get motivated to drive to somewhere nearby for dinner. Visiting on 2 nights gave us the ability of trying something different from the previous night, whilst the wine available gave us excellent choice. The one issue which occurred on a busy Saturday night, related to parents (one particular family) allowing their children to run (playing) repeatedly through the area where guests were attempting to get their food choices. Staff I should add were active trying to solve the problem, which the parents of the children seemed to ignore.Dear gamain, Thank you for sharing your honest review on your recent experience at Bazaar Marketplace. Your kind words are greatly appreciated, and we thank you for choosing to dine with us on both nights and exploring the corners of the world with our carefully curated wine list. Your feedback will certainly be passed onto the team as they will be thrilled to hear you had a great evening with us. We look forward to welcoming you back to Bazaar again. Thank you and regards,Bazaar team

Last week, a small group of five visited Seascape for a birthday lunch, and what an excellent choice it was. We were seated up front beside the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking The Esplanade and the beach, as promised when I booked. We were greeted warmly by the maitre d' and our friendly waiter Kevin who quickly brought us our drinks choices, and gave us time to select our meals. We were impressed with the selection available, from oysters, calamari, sushi, and other seafood dishes to various meats and salads. Our wines were delivered promptly, and topped up without asking. The main meals were substantial, hot and delicious, complemented with a tasty range of desserts. A thoroughly relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable meal, at a fair and reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend Seascape and would happily return.
