We have stayed at the QT Hotel on a previous occasion and it what brought us back again. Included in our accommodation stay was breakfast which was very consistent in its quality and freshness, with pleasant staff, quickly removing plates and immediately cleaning a vacated table for further guests arriving. We also had the pleasure of enjoying 2 evening restaurant visits as Bazaar is an upmarket smorgasbord. Exception being a steak ordered is delivered to the table. When dinning options are this enjoyable, with good service and food, its hard to get motivated to drive to somewhere nearby for dinner. Visiting on 2 nights gave us the ability of trying something different from the previous night, whilst the wine available gave us excellent choice. The one issue which occurred on a busy Saturday night, related to parents (one particular family) allowing their children to run (playing) repeatedly through the area where guests were attempting to get their food choices. Staff I should add were active trying to solve the problem, which the parents of the children seemed to ignore.Dear gamain, Thank you for sharing your honest review on your recent experience at Bazaar Marketplace. Stayed at the Dorchester apartment for our babymoon (with a 2yo on tow) had breakfast at NCSLC thanks to the recommendation from the host of our apartment. This place did not disappoint. Great beach side views. Relaxed atmosphere. Quick and friendly service. Delicious fiod and coffee. We loved it so much we didnt try any where else for breakfast the whole trip (ok 3 nights)

Last week, a small group of five visited Seascape for a birthday lunch, and what an excellent choice it was. We were seated up front beside the floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking The Esplanade and the beach, as promised when I booked. We were greeted warmly by the maitre d' and our friendly waiter Kevin who quickly brought us our drinks choices, and gave us time to select our meals. We were impressed with the selection available, from oysters, calamari, sushi, and other seafood dishes to various meats and salads. Our wines were delivered promptly, and topped up without asking. The main meals were substantial, hot and delicious, complemented with a tasty range of desserts. A thoroughly relaxed atmosphere and enjoyable meal, at a fair and reasonable price. I can thoroughly recommend Seascape and would happily return.

After visiting longboards in Townsville thought we'd all 5 adults would give this one a goWe all had burgers and were all happy. Just thought a few chips with the burger woudnt break there bank.As we ordered 2 serves of fries as an extra this was to much.so maybe next time 1 would be enough. Some Carlton draught beer would be good also sorry not into boutique beer. Will return again.Thanks keep up the good work.

Would give 1 star but the staff was super nice. Food was awful. I got 10 wings. The "original" flavor is basically ketchup. The "Peri Peri" is ketchup with some pepper flakes. The beer paddle is WAY over priced. They essentially give 6 double shots of beer for $22. Then they say they give a "free mug of your favorite beer" which is a crock because the paddle is already way overpriced.

We bought a Groupon voucher for the lamb shoulder and bombe Alaska, WOW. The lamb was so delicious, it just fell off the bone and tasted fabulous. The shared plate could have easily been for 3 people. The bombe Alaska also Devine!The service was excellent thanks to Ann, the wines were a good selection and well priced. If it had not been for the Groupon voucher we would never had experienced this restaurant, which we will definitely be returning.Do yourself a favour and go to this restaurant.Thanks Melinda for your review. Recently stayed at the Marriott for work over a two week period. I was amazed at the service , especially by one of the bar-tenders (Beau). He was so welcoming & allowed me to thurrely enjoy the Marriott expierence. Had the buffet dinner. Huge selection of everything. Must commend my servers Nobu & Claire, very attentive and extremely nice and polite. Anything I asked for was done immediately with a smile. Had lunch with my wife and our friend.Firstly amazing service the waitress was at our table with menus and drink orders instantly and very friendly and happy.We ordered the beetroot salad and two crusted salmon.The salmon was amazing perfectly cooked with amazing flavour, the beetroot salad was perfect very fresh and flavoursome.We are here on a short trip but will be back in again before we go such a great little spot !Keep up the great work guys.
