Hello World!! Welcome to Copacabana:) In order to give you a good experience in this little town next to the mystic Titicaca lake we offer you many options in local food besides some Latin American flavors (the vegetarians are welcome as well;). The place
We had their menu del dia for 35BOB: quinoa soup (a lot of soup and quinoa), chicken curry and banana split. Everything was delicious and the service was good too. They have good WiFi and a tv showing football games. Thanks a lot marellemahy!!I'm glad you liked our placeTake care!!
It was really barefaced that we waited 1 hour for 2 pancakes although the last half an hour my boyfriend and I were the only customers... The waitress was also not interested in doing her job.But nevertheless, the "panqueque de la casa" which consists of 2 pancakes with ice-cream and fruits in-between and cream and chocolate on top was awesome. If you have enough time you can go there.

Authentic mexican food, warm and comfortable atmosphere, board games, affordable prices, good music do not leave copacabana without visiting NIMBO Restaurant Bar Cafe.
Food in Copacabana is extremely limited even by Bolivian standards. Nimbo does slightly better Mexican fare than most, however. We ate here twice and the nachos and tacos are better than many of the other options around whilst still not being great. Nimbo is well situated on the main strip with outside seating, which is lovely until a diesel polluting vehicle rolls past.
We are located on the beach of Copacabana with good view of the sacred lake, we have a terrace and parking for mobilities, you can taste the delicious trout dishes in different preparations.
Super slow service, had to ask multiple times for an inka cola. The food was basic, bland and our chicken soups were not cooked: raw potatoes. Finally, we paid and left and the waiter ran after us 20 minute later and demanded another 100bs$ saying that we had short changed him. He made a big scene in the street and we had to pay to make him go away and because of course we couldnât prove that we had left enough money. Horrific experience and nearly ruined Copacabana for us.
