Pas grand chose à faire/voir à Chatel Guyon quand on arrive un dimanche 18h30 pour démarrer une cure le lundi matin,.... et quand on n'a rien dans le frigo d son meublé !!!Alors, on achète une pizza à emporter et une bierre chez Pizza & basta !!Les pizzas sont bonnes, les service est rapide et souriant.

Wanted something simple. Tried a milanese steak - asked for potatos as side dish. I mentioned pls no pasta. The waiter came with the dish. Half of it was a mountain of pasta, boiled too long, without salting the water, cold (!) and it was topped with a cold tasteless tomato sauce... that covered everything, even part of the salad and steak. Steak was kinda raw. I just wanted to get out of the place. Scary. And expensive for such a deceptive cooking.

Looking for a lunch stop on our way back from the Le Mans 24 Hour race we found L'Auberge des Hirondelles courtesy of our GPS. We were delighted. The old fashioned set Menu du Jour seems so hard to find nowadays but when you do find one it is almost always good to eat. No exception here. Madame was friendly, the food was excellent and, at 13⬠for entrée, plat, dessert, wine and coffee, so was the price. I think we have found our regular stop.

Très bonne pizza, ce n'est pas pour rien que le pizzaiolo est le meilleur au monde. La Toscane et la Pacifico était juste un délice pour les papilles. Je recommande fortement.

We stopped in here after a few nights of luxurious dining when we craved...pizza. Tiny little shop had just opened the week before. The pizza is made fresh, and soft drinks and beer is available in the fridge. Both the pizzas we devoured were delicious, with a thin crust and local toppings. There's no seating, just takeaway and maybe delivery.

Pizzas de belle taille et bien garnies. Prêtes en 20mn un vendredi soir, tout est très bien organisé. On regrette la cuisson insuffisante de la pâte qui est de ce fait bien molle.

J ai adoré ce restaurant ! Nous avons pris des pâtes ! C était bon et raffiné ! Olala je ne m en remets pas lol. Toute la carte peut être à emporter ! Le patron et chef cuisto n hésite pas à venir et à nous parler de son Italie avec son bel accent. Il nous a même offert un digestif. Allez y vraiment ça vaut le détour :)
