Well-executed, delicious, and original cuisine. Welcoming, enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff. Inside ambiance was nice with original art (for purchase) and fireplace. Outdoor seating also available Reasonable prices for the quality of the food. I had the tataki (red tuna) and cream cheese filled nori rolls, with thin crispy puff pastry crust and soy-based sauce, on a bed of delicious marinated seaweed. Dog-friendly.Thank you very much for your visit and for your opinion.we would love to see you again !!

I had the pork, supposed to come with Saigon style woked vegetables. It was all drowned in a brown sauce with no specific taste. Meat was tender but didn't really taste too much either. The service was good, tho - very friendly and pleasant waitress. We sat outside on the veranda and enjoyd the view of the ocean with the sun setting inland - fabulous colurs and then the glittering lights of Benidorm - which is such an ugly city during the day - showing up in the distance. Nice place for a glass of wine, but the menu was small an not really tempting me.

Staff very unfriendly. Argued with us over the bill and swore at me. 3.50 for a glass of supermarket wine which costs 2.25 a bottle. Chef supposed to have cooked for the queen. Which one I asked. Poor tapas sold and poorer attitude by owners. Don't think this bar will last long.

Went here tonight for diner and there were around 35 guests in the restaurant. Service was looked after by 4persons in restaurant and around 4 in the kitchen. After ordering our food it went pretty quick, in 30 mins we had our starter and main. Food was of good quality, nothing special but plain good. But after we ordered dessert we waited for about 45 min and still nothing. With no dessert We asked for the bill and went inside for payment because it was taking another 15 mins to get rid of our money? And this with only 1/3 of the restaurant full I ask myself what the service will be like with half or even full? I guess this will be a one time experience... we know restaurants in the neighborhood who have a perfect service with half the people...

Weâve had the occasional drink at De Lab since it opened a few years ago but after reading recent reviews decided to have an impromptu lunch. We were not disappointed. The Asian combination bowl... actually on a plate was beautifully flavoured as was the wonton fish starter. We will return..... as others have said the drinks & waiting staff were also good, however the chef is the star at De Lab.

Went there with friends. Non professional staff. Drinks are expensive. Nice terrace but too noisy because of the traffic. Inside the place you will find too many tables. The place is pretty stuffed. Definitely you can find "easy" places in town by the seaDear airman74,Thank you for sharing your opinion with us. What a wonderful meal. Perfectly timed food, perfectly paced, the flavours were wonderful throughout; plus the vegan options were off the scale. Cocktails were great...just canât find enough good things to say. We were sat for two hours but never once felt hurried, pressured or rushed. Everything was perfect. Youâll need to book.

Recommended by a friends we tried 8detapas. Was amazing. The decor inside in modern and creates an excellent atmosphere. Service was also first class. Get the waiter to explain to you about the food as itâs not the easiest menu to follow. The food is superb both in presentation and also in quality. Plates to share so you can really experience this excellent cuisine. You canât book a table so at peak times you will have to wait, but you sample an excellent glass of vino whilst you do that. Fab place that we will be going back to. Thank you very much for your comment, receive a greeting from the whole team.
