This restaurant has a prix fix menu, with the only choices coming with how many courses your party would like. Order ahead for paella or rice dishes, as is customary in Valencia. It is not an easy restaurant to find, but it is worth the search behind the casino. We went with the fish (turbot?) which was delicious and cooked to perfection. There is a fish or meat option with the 3 course choice. The sauces brought alongside enhanced vs covered up the fish and it was delicious.

This restaurant was a few mins walk from the Travelodge where we were staying (next to airport). The hotel staff recommended this place. There were a few bars, cafes etc around the area, but most of them werefairly basic. But when we found this restaurant, it was like finding an oasis in the desert.The quality of the food was approaching fine dining. Excellent fish dishes. Very friendly and attentive waiters, excellent ambience. Good value for money, â¬50 for 2 people, 2 courses each, beers, bottle of good wine.Strongly recommend this restaurant

I've lived in Moncada over 4 years and this restaurant shall be the best choice here for me so far.The "Menu del dia" varias everyday according to what fresh ingredients they've got. It costs 12.5 euros with high quality presentation, and the foods are soon delicious that you don't even think it's in this small town but not in the center of Valencia. The owner also purchases those organic vegetables and fruits from a local orange farm nearby.It may not be the cheapest lunch in Moncada but definitely an awesome choice if I'm not in a hurry. (Since it's not close to the university) We've been here 1-2 times every week, sometimes for the dinner, and it's also absolutely incredible experiences with a resealable menu price. This is my No.1 in Moncada, no doubt!Thanks for your comments. Really work with proximity and biological products to offer the best to our customers.

I have known this place for quite some years, and seen their progression. They have recently moved 100 yards down the road, but it seems like miles from the past. Excellent surroundings and decor, sound proofing (always a problem in so many places in Spain) well resolved, the food was great and original, the service unbeatable and the prices where just right.So altogether a superb lunch and will visit many times again.Apreciado cliente,gracias por dedicar unos minutos en escribir una opinión sobre nuestro local. Fusio is now a restaurant we visit regularly.The food is amazing value for money given the quality and presentation.The staff are pleasant and service is excellent.They do not speak English but if you don't speak Spanish Chef Alberto speaks English and is always pleased to help if you need advice on a particular dish.There is plenty of car parking available so easy to park very near the restaurant.Highly recommended

Visited this café/restaurant recently as we wanted a quick meal and opted for the menu del dia.Have to say the food quality for the price was exceptional and we will be using this restaurant regularly in the future.Its more of a café feel but don't let that put you off as its well worth a visit.Its in the town centre opposite BBVA bank so parking is limited but there is parking on the dry river bed just near about a 3 minute walk.If you are visiting Betera or live in or near the town you have to try this restaurant.I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
