I was invited here by my local dealer. We first had some tapas as a starter. Not bad, but neither exceptionnal. After that hé recommanded me to take the paella valenciana with rabbit and chicken. It was excellent, genuine and very fresh. One of the best paella i ever had.As a dessert we had an increadible panna cotta. It was firm and full of taste. A welcome surprise.We're so glad you've enjoyed our restaurante. And want to thank you for take a minute to write this words.

If you want to enjoy a good paella or a great barbecue, this is the place. There is enough place for your kids to play outside and at mid day, a person is entertaining and looking after them.Hi Jean- François,Thank you so much for your opinion. If you like meat this is the place to go, especially the meat platter, it come to the table on its own little BBQ, more than enough for 3. Steak, lamb, chicken, pork as well as 2 different sausages. The chimcherie sauce was the best I have tasted. Good value for money and nice staff too. Well worth a visit

pleasant surprise, I did not expect to find a restaurant with this style of cuisine outside of Valencia, good product quality and friendly treatment by the waiters, varied menu of food and wines!

La Masia is simply the best for miles around. We have been visiting for years and are never disappointed. I only wish they had rooms because I would almost certainly want to move in for a few days such is the tranquil laid back atmosphere! Pricewise I am going to say mid-range but at the higher end but you get what you pay for.

Hicimos una comida familiar en el restaurante del club, primero nos tomamos unas cervezas en la terraza con unas vistas geniales y luego comimos en una sala solo para nosotros y fue excelente. Todos los entrantes estaban espectaculares, luego nos trajeron un arroz meloso de nécoras y lentejas riquÃsimo, y cuando ya no podÃa comer más sacaron una fideuá de puchero que era un espectaculo, y repetÃ. Me encantó.Lo recomiendo.

I have known this place for quite some years, and seen their progression. They have recently moved 100 yards down the road, but it seems like miles from the past. Excellent surroundings and decor, sound proofing (always a problem in so many places in Spain) well resolved, the food was great and original, the service unbeatable and the prices where just right.So altogether a superb lunch and will visit many times again.Apreciado cliente,gracias por dedicar unos minutos en escribir una opinión sobre nuestro local. Fusio is now a restaurant we visit regularly.The food is amazing value for money given the quality and presentation.The staff are pleasant and service is excellent.They do not speak English but if you don't speak Spanish Chef Alberto speaks English and is always pleased to help if you need advice on a particular dish.There is plenty of car parking available so easy to park very near the restaurant.Highly recommended

Visited this café/restaurant recently as we wanted a quick meal and opted for the menu del dia.Have to say the food quality for the price was exceptional and we will be using this restaurant regularly in the future.Its more of a café feel but don't let that put you off as its well worth a visit.Its in the town centre opposite BBVA bank so parking is limited but there is parking on the dry river bed just near about a 3 minute walk.If you are visiting Betera or live in or near the town you have to try this restaurant.I guarantee you will not be disappointed.

No se puede consentir que la camarera que presta servicio hoy dÃa 4/10/2019 por la tarde / noche reclame en la terraza delante de la gente (sin tener razón) que se le deben 2 jarras de cerveza. Primero: Le pedimos la cuenta y no nos trae el ticket correspondiente. Segundo: las tres personas que estamos consumiendo le pagamos en la barra cada uno lo que hemos tomado, incluso yo le digo que me cobre una jarra de radler ( que al final no pedimos) y me la cobra. Muy mal
