We were positively surprised about this new restaurant in Rocafort. Perfect for dinner in the terrace covered by pine trees, great atmosphere (you feel like in a chill out terrace in Ibiza), fantastic architectural design, budget prices, very good food and amazing service, especially from our waitress, Claudia, who served us in a very professional, with a perfect English, and still friendly way. Nice place also for a cocktail. Very good music, too.

This restaurant is located between the two towns of Betera and Naquera, well worth the drive from Valencia city for a romantic candlelit dinner by their pool and under the stars. The restaurant is mid countryside, a very special location, looking onto Valencia city in the distance. They also had very atmospheric music on, making it delightfully romantic, and big lanterns set up around the pool, just lovely! The service was great too, awfully friendly waiter ( whom speaks english ) and after our meal the Chef came out and introduced herself and asked if we had enjoyed the meal, which was a lovely personal touch. The food itself was very tasty, and for what they were offering the prices were very appropriate! After we finished our meal, we decided to stay a bit longer and order some more wine as we felt very much at home. They recommended us to call them before going the next time just to insure we would get a table, as some weekends they are fully booked and some days during the week they may be closed. If you would like to have a romantic meal somewhere that will impress, go here! You won't be dissapointed. I believe they do Paellas and rice dishes during the day too, and they are open all year round.

If you want to enjoy a good paella or a great barbecue, this is the place. There is enough place for your kids to play outside and at mid day, a person is entertaining and looking after them.Hi Jean- François,Thank you so much for your opinion. pleasant surprise, I did not expect to find a restaurant with this style of cuisine outside of Valencia, good product quality and friendly treatment by the waiters, varied menu of food and wines!

Friendly and professional service, tasty, original and homemade dishes(fresh products), very nice wines, and all for a really fair price! La Masia is simply the best for miles around. We have been visiting for years and are never disappointed. I only wish they had rooms because I would almost certainly want to move in for a few days such is the tranquil laid back atmosphere! Pricewise I am going to say mid-range but at the higher end but you get what you pay for.

Hicimos una comida familiar en el restaurante del club, primero nos tomamos unas cervezas en la terraza con unas vistas geniales y luego comimos en una sala solo para nosotros y fue excelente. Todos los entrantes estaban espectaculares, luego nos trajeron un arroz meloso de nécoras y lentejas riquÃsimo, y cuando ya no podÃa comer más sacaron una fideuá de puchero que era un espectaculo, y repetÃ. Me encantó.Lo recomiendo.

I have known this place for quite some years, and seen their progression. They have recently moved 100 yards down the road, but it seems like miles from the past. Excellent surroundings and decor, sound proofing (always a problem in so many places in Spain) well resolved, the food was great and original, the service unbeatable and the prices where just right.So altogether a superb lunch and will visit many times again.Apreciado cliente,gracias por dedicar unos minutos en escribir una opinión sobre nuestro local. Fusio is now a restaurant we visit regularly.The food is amazing value for money given the quality and presentation.The staff are pleasant and service is excellent.They do not speak English but if you don't speak Spanish Chef Alberto speaks English and is always pleased to help if you need advice on a particular dish.There is plenty of car parking available so easy to park very near the restaurant.Highly recommended

Visited this café/restaurant recently as we wanted a quick meal and opted for the menu del dia.Have to say the food quality for the price was exceptional and we will be using this restaurant regularly in the future.Its more of a café feel but don't let that put you off as its well worth a visit.Its in the town centre opposite BBVA bank so parking is limited but there is parking on the dry river bed just near about a 3 minute walk.If you are visiting Betera or live in or near the town you have to try this restaurant.I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
