We stopped for a glass of wine and a smoked salmon bocadillo for lunch. Both great taste and value. Modern decor, friendly service and choose to dine in the sun or under one of their sun shades. Inside seating option too.

What can I say, we found this place by accident last year, the woman who runs it is so kind and welcoming it's like a home away from home. The food and drink is great value for money. Something ridiculous like 1.50 euro for a cava!!?? Would not get that in Scotland! It's a great wee place to people watch and let time pass you by. This year we visited again and were made to feel very welcome the owner even remembered us! So if you would like a nice place to chill with a coffee or a cava this is the place for you!

Ate Sunday lunch here with friends. Lovely sunny outside terrace and bar area which is all spotless. Steve and his team are all friendly and very welcoming.3 courses is â¬14.95 which is great value for the quality! Lovely homemade soups, a well seasoned and well cooked tender roast beef dinner including a homemade Yorkshire pudding, homemade gravy, crisp roasted potatoes, peppery buttery mashed potatoes, mashed swede, lovely homemade sausage stuffing and a great selection of fresh vegetables. In addition they give you a bowl of lovely cheesy cauliflower cheese as well!It is lovely to be able to have a proper home cooked Sunday lunch that thought and effort has gone into. A big pet hate of mine in nearby Benidorm is how many bar owners seem to think home cookedSunday lunch includes frozen peas, aunt bessies Yorkshire pudding, bistro granules and a frozen roast potato cooked in a the deep fat fryer. The Albir Arms couldnât be further away from that- itâs all fresh home cooked and lovely. Well worth a visit!

Caspers Bar is a family run bar, locates in the heart of Albir just off the main road. We have built up quite the reputation as having some of the best home cooked chips Albir has to offer. The bar is always a hub of activity with customers making the mos
Just come out of caspers,we had three liver dinners and one large breakfast.the liver was Luke warm, the mash potato was lumpy and barely warm, the peas were like bullets.all in all very poor.the beans on the breakfast were cold.not a lot of effort put into any of this.dont waste your money.
Bebidas y Mas is a nice place to relax with breakfast, lunch, tapas, cocktails and many more with a spectaculair seaview.
Very nice food. Waitress polite and friendly.Condiments not provided, asked for salt, pepper and ketchup. No charge was mentioned.Minute serving of ketchup supplied. When the bill came we were shocked to see a 50 cent charge for the ketchup! We have travelled the world and never, ever seen this before.Sadly it gives a very penny pinching impression as the food is not cheap, so unfortunately we will not return as a matter of principle.Shame as itâs a nice place.

Set in a small courtyard next to the charity shop just off the Main Street in Albir this little bar is well worth finding. The interior is small and a bit dated , however the welcome and the standard of the food more than makes up for this. The breakfasts are superb and fish and chips on Fridays are great too.The Scottish owners are lovely. We will be back

We walked past this restaurant every night and it was always full to the brim ! So we were very lucky to get in the night before we left - even though we booked they thankfully squeezed us in! We ordered a few starters as the menu was so good we wanted to try a few and they had sharers - the food was absolutely delicious and we were so full from the starters that we couldn't order any mains! The service was also very good considering how busy they were - not like in England when they leave you sitting for ages and ages and ages! One of our favourite all time restaurants!

In 2008 we opened our restaurant in the sunny Albir. From the start we bring the best quality at a low Price... on our 240 m2 terras or our 80m2 air conditioned lounge room you can enjoy your daily Illy coffee or from our delicious home made dishes! Servi
I frequent the Universal often either for coffee or a snack lunch. The staff are friendly and efficient especially Joanna. Never in 15 years of going there have I had to complain about the food. It's good. I enjoy going to the Universal where I can have, coffee or lunch in a quiet environment and read the English newspaper which is provided. If I have a complaint it's the continual interruptions by the 'looky looky'' men selling cheap sunglasses, handbags, watches, trainers, blankets etc. This is not unique to the Universal. They are everywhere in Albir. Thanks George !!!! and yes it is a shame to have them again and again.. i know.. All the complains i made to the mayor has only a laugh as reaction...
