We had dinner here with friends.First of all, the service was plain awful.Waited 2 hours just to order our dinner. One of the issues was that we didn’t get any menus and when we asked, our waitress brought us 2 menus (for the 5 of us)....Anyway. Food was good but nothing Italian..no idea why this place is advertised as “Italian” just because you have a couple of Americanized pasta dishes on the menu.Desserts brownie, creme brûlée, we didn’t even try anything since they looked like your average stuff..typical chain restaurant food..Overpriced and disappointing..doubt it that I would go back.Thank you for your review of Davio's Braintree. We appreciated your review and apologize you were disappointed on your visit. If you could email me your phone number or give me a call, I would like to speak with you regarding your visit.Thank you.Sincerely,Kara DunbarRegional General [email protected]

Molinari's cooks and serves authentic Italian food which you find in Italy! They use quality and fresh ingredients in all their dishes. We started with Ida's meatballs which come in a bowl of four with amazing sauce, fresh basil, and cheese. These were fantastic! We then had the Bucca pizza which again was made with quality/ fresh ingredients. Hint: the medium pizza is more then enough for two people.Having lived in Italy, Molinari's made use feel like we were back in Italy. Had a wonderful discussion with the Chef/Owner when he came to our table to check on how we liked our meal. While it has a small number of tables, service was outstanding with the wait staff always making sure we had everything we needed. Food portions are large and a value for the prices paid. Looking forward to returning to sample more of menu items!

Ok so it is not really hidden, just found by accident. Loving small plate restaurants we thought we would give it a try. Loved the decor. Waiter was supper helpful. Drinks were different and delicious. We asked for help ordering and waiter suggested chef tasting menu. Which was fabulous. Even better 1 person in our party of four has a dairy allergy and the kitchen perfectly substituted and plated his portions seamlessly. Would definitely recommend and return. Hello, Thank you so much for your kind review. We are happy you enjoyed our Chef's tasting menu and your overall dining experience with us here at SRV. We hope to host you again soon! This our go to place for take out. It has tables but is not exactly what anyone would consider "fine dining." Just really good food. We live on several of their excellent selections: Chicken Broccoli Ziti, Grilled Turkey Tips, Shrimp Scampi. The pizza is okay...but it's the other choices that sell it for us. Plus the owners are really nice people who contribute to the local community.

This is a really high end Italian restaurant, located just off the SE Way at Neponset Circle. While a bit tricky to find, you will enjoy the experience, for sure. Excellent service, robust drinks, a really extensive wine list, romantic water views and really well prepared and well-presented offerings make this a must visit when in the area. Old favorite Clams in white sauce over linguine and Chicken Marsala were our choices and could not have been better........like being in the North End, but without the traffic!! Since we often visit our son at Marina Bay, we will be here often.

We took some foodie friends and they absolutely loved every dish they got, especially the short ribs and bolognese. My favorite is the gnocchi with lamb ragu. So yummy! Very good fried calamari to start. Great place for couples or kids. Love having this great restaurant in the neighborhood. Give it a try and you’ll keep coming back!

The restaurant decor was pretty nice. Trying to find parking was not. Our waitress was attentive and meals were served promptly. We were a party of 6 and everyone had something different. We all felt about the same about our meals. They were just ok. None of us felt that we would be returning.Thank you for coming in and giving our restaurant a try. The inside is like a cozy grotto.Outside an awning covers tables on Roslindale Center’s hidden plaza, enclosed by neighboring restaurants and stores. A quiet niche in a congested part of residential BostonOur wonderful waitress Debbie seemed enthusiastic about the entire menu and we allowed her to steer us to one of her favorites, a superb paella. Others had a stuffed ravioli with a delicious light cream sauce. An artichoke heart, fried and wrapped in prosciutto was unusual in presentation and fabulous.Prices were reasonable.Just a great meal and so much more to try next time!

Visited with some work colleagues and we were looked after incredibly well from the moment we arrived until our departure some hours later. We were given a table in a semi-private dining room and our waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The food, starters, mains and wine selection was extensive, I recommend the Barolo as a good match if eating the well seasoned and perfectly cooked steaks.Would definitely visit again and highly recommended
