I've eaten the Spice Cottage's food at least 10 times for Take-away over the last 4 years and It is always delicious. However, we decided to dine in this time and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh and flavorful and plentiful. And the service was delightful! If you're in Burgau you have to eat here or you are missing out!

We both fancied a really nice curry one night and read such great reviews on this place. Unfortunately we were really disappointed.The staff were really polite and friendly, however the food was a real let down. I ordered a chicken chilli masala, my husband ordered a chicken balti, we were both asked how spicy we liked our food.When it came out, both dishes looked the same, they tasted the same, only one was slightly hotter than the other, not only that the chicken was very dry and tasted like it had been frozen.Sadly a big let down and unfortunately we wont be returning.

Love coming here for our tasty curry meals with delicious flavours, great friendly service & a warm welcome. Beautifully refurbished. Great range of gins too! Seating inside & out, always busy so recommended booking. Raman & his team are also excellent at explaining the dishes & making recommendations. Looking forward to our next visit!

We had a lovely meal here. Chicken Saag and Chicken Tikka Masala with Pilau Rice. Poppadoms with relishes to start. Staff very pleasant and food delicious, would highly recommend.Wow! four of us had a meal here last week,very friendly and efficient staff.i had the meat samosas and butter lamb which were both delicious.the prices were very reasonable,including the wine.
