Located inside Water Tower Place, this is designed as a high end mall food court, with an interesting twist in that you get a card which is swiped at each place and then you pay on the way out. I liked the concept, and the wide selection of different classic Chicago food choices. However, we tried food from five different places and it was all very average. It would be a good choice for families with kids because it is fun and there is something for everyone, but it would have been better if the good was more memorable.

Went here for lunch today and when it's time for my check to come, a paper receipt was just laid on our table while observed other customer's receipt was in a tray! First ever restaurant that I encountered this. I say, they don't treat all their customer equal. They don't accept American Express either.... Food is not so good either comparing to other places I've been. Well, I will never go back there that's for sure! Btw, the server was manning the cashier too... Not good!

Love the steak with String beans and chicken w/ pea pods but have tried so many of their dishes and have never been disappointed. The service is excellent, especially because we usually go with a family of nine. My grandkids love their smoothies! We go for dinner but they also have a great lunch menu.

Went here for a birthday and it was fantastic. Greeted and seated immediately. Every thing was prepared fresh and was delicious. We ate off the all you can eat menu and were not disappointed. Previous complaints about the service did not apply. Our server Danielle was great. Highly recommend this place and will go again.

For my husband's birthday, he likes to order Chinese food, but since moving to Shorewood we haven't found a great place from which to order. Until now. I ordered him a dinner special and picked it up. The service was fast and friendly; the food was ready quickly and the front desk employee was polite as he greeted me when I arrived and thanked me for coming in when I left. My husband's order was correct (I mention this only because I've had bad experiences with correctness of take-out orders). It smelled and looked delicious upon opening the boxes. There was a lot of food and it absolutely was delicious. For the affordable price, great service, and great food, we will be using China Cook as my husband's go-to for Chinese in the future.

We ordered dilivery from here, because our "regular" Chinese place was closed on Mondays. What a mistake! This food was terrible. How can you screw up chicken wings? Very little meat and zero flavor. Barbecue pork was bland and garlic chicken was flat. Very poor food and flavor. Even fried rice was bad.

I had a taste for crab Rangoon and we decided to try this place. It is strictly carryout. The phone did ring quite a few times before someone answered, but she was very efficient when she finally did answer it. We had a menu with the entrée numbers on it, so I ordered that way. Besides the crab Rangoon, which were generously filled, we got sesame chicken and jumbo shrimp fried rice. The portions were large enough for dinner and lunch for 2, and those were the small orders. The sesame chicken had a really good sauce on it that was slightly sweet, and there were 3 broccoli florets with it. That came with white rice, but we ordered the fried rice also. There were 7 or 8 medium sized shrimp in it. The box was so full they had to staple it shut. Even driving home with it, everything stayed hot.

We have stopped here multiple times now after first discovering this restaurant. Different dishes have been ordered and I have not been disappointed. Truly a delicious Thai restaurant and I would highly recommend trying it out if you are near the area.Bonus, the staff is beyond friendly!

We had been wanting to try this place for quite a while as we live quite near, and we just loved the fresh food, great service and really nice atmosphere ! Our server was very helpful with our choices and gave us first class attention ! The soup/broth with noodles is very good and the entrée dishes are very unique, plentiful and have many flavors tantalizing the palate ! We cant wait to return to try more !

Have been here twice, both times very pleased with flavorful food and excellent service. Tonight our server was Alex, he was very personable and polite. The dining room is elegantly decorated with a tribute to Saigon. Both times dining here I had tuna tartare for an appetizer - so delicious with light airy chips. For dinner we ordered the salmon entree & the stir fry seafood entree. Both were flavorful, loaded with fresh vegetables and delicious sauces. Iced lemon water was available on the table, and we enjoyed hot green tea and mixed drinks. The total bill was $72, before tip. We enjoyed dinner and plan on returning soon.
