Home to America's favorite Chicago-style hot dogs, Italian beef, burgers, salads, and chocolate cake.
I just love Portillo's, I grew up in Chicago, so I know what the hot dogs should taste like. We even visited some hot dog places in Florida, do not even come close. There is now a portillo's near Tampa, so we drive the 30 plus miles there. We live a lot closer here in IL., we go there often. Great place to eat. Clean, nice caring people.

Returning to Michigan after a trip to Wisconsin, we needed to find something to eat so used Trip Advisor to find Hamburgerseria. Very much a neighborhood place to eat, it was busy when we arrived but we were seated immediately at one of the few open tables. Severs were busy but greeted us promptly. It didn't take long to get our meal and the sandwiches were excellent, and cooked to order. There's nothing fancy about the decor but the restaurant and restrooms appeared to be clean. I wish we had this restaurant near where we live.

The donuts from Donut Den are always very tasty and fresh. I love the variety. Make sure you arrive early as the best donuts sell out quickly!!

We've been in here twice now. The cupcakes, cheesecakes and lemon bars are all very good. The shop itself is very cute. However, both times we've been in here the customer service hasn't been very good. They're not "welcoming". A hi welcome to our shop, have you been here before, or can I make any suggestions could go a long ways. While the items are good, I do not think I will be a regular here.

GREAT breakfast restaurant, very affordable with TONS of choices on the menu!
We have frequented Crispy Waffle in the past, this time for lunch. My wife had a vegetarian omelet, which was served fluffy and hot and was very good. I had a cheeseburger, waffles fries and cream of broccoli soup. The cheeseburger was good, the fries were a little too crispy, and the soup was fantastic! Our server, “MB” was friendly and did a good job taking care of us.

This Dairy Queen is a go to for us after dance recitals, good grades or any other occasions my children can come up with to go! Their ice cream is good-we've tried it all but the blizzards are a favorite-butterfingers, cookie dough,Hawaiian and peanut butter crunch are some of our favorites. I'm a fan of the turtle sundae! Even take home ice cream cakes for a birthday or special event and they are always good! The girls working are always fast and friendly because there are times we want to make changes to some blizzards and they do it with ease.

Little Saigon is a restaurant that brings authentic Vietnamese cuisine, specialty cocktails and a modern ambiance with contemporary decor to the beautiful Shorewood neighborhood.
Have been here twice, both times very pleased with flavorful food and excellent service. Tonight our server was Alex, he was very personable and polite. The dining room is elegantly decorated with a tribute to Saigon.
Both times dining here I had tuna tartare for an appetizer - so delicious with light airy chips. For dinner we ordered the salmon entree & the stir fry seafood entree. Both were flavorful, loaded with fresh vegetables and delicious sauces. Iced lemon water was available on the table, and we enjoyed hot green tea and mixed drinks. The total bill was $72, before tip. We enjoyed dinner and plan on returning soon.

This yogurt shop is clean, friendly, and well stocked with fresh toppings, various yogurts, sorbets and even a frozen almond milk (dairy free). You weigh your selection so you can pay for a small taste or a large bowl. Yummm.

Went to the Happy Place Café for a late breakfast with a friend and was very satisfied with the service, food quality and menu prices. This restaurant has a vast menu to satisfy any appetite. They also offer an extensive list of daily specials. From past visits, the Chicken soup is the best in the area. Very comfortable environment and great for discussions with others.

Heroes West Sports Grill - 1530 Commerce Dr., Joliet Illinois 60431 - Located next to the Ramada - Phone (815) 725-1234
My girlfriend and I had lunch here on January 17, 2018. We ordered Bloody Marys and there was way too much Worcestershire added. No biggie, just take it back and fix it. However, their policy is to charge the customer for a 2nd drink! WHAT?? Then, to punish us, the food server held our food hostage for at least 15 minutes. We could see our food sitting in the kitchen lights. Now, that being said, the manager at least tried to make good on all this nonsense.
The food is actually good, but come prepared to do battle if you get the wrong server. Not sure if anyone from Heroes will take this girl to task over her attitude.
