We stopped in for dinner last night. The server was fast, friendly and accommodating. The four of us all had something different. I had low carb tacos, my friend had molcahete, and the others had carne asada and quesadilla. We all enjoyed our time together. This spot is great for large groups and children

This place is tucked in the corner of a strip mall. It was clean and the service couldn't have been any better. The food was delicious. I have to say it was the hottest temperature mexican food I have had in a long time. Not too spicy, but HOT. We had to let it cool down a bit to eat it. Even the rice and beans were steaming hot. Loved it. We will go back

We've tried this restaurant several times because one family member likes it. They like the bacon cheeseburger. However, the other two of us find it totally Underwhelming. With incorrect orders in the past, food that is just okay and service that is not very good or friendly, we just are not thrilled with this site. Only one time and that was the last time we visited in December, did we have a decent and friendly server.

Nice atmosphere and decor. Beef tacos and cod tacos plenty and delicious. Molcajete giant and tasty. Queso Fundido with chorizo was fabulous. Busy place and service still pretty good. Very nice menu selection and drink menu. In big strip mall, parking parking in front.

Never heard of or been to a Del Taco before. It was close to our hotel and we LOVE Mexican food.We didn't expect real Mexican but an Americanized version of it, and that's what we got.Quesadilla's made with orange cheddar is odd to me, but still tasted fine.We also had burrito's which were also tasty.I would eat here again.

What a delightful, little restaurant. Real food, well-prepared from fresh ingredients, large portions, and great service. We were surprised to find out how much care went into the preparation of their food. Family-run by a family that really cares. Will go there again when driving through Salida.

Yes it is true what someone said about employees not being right there as soon as customer walks in, and since the economy down turn most business operate short-staffed. Anyway, I went there for the first time and couldn't help to go back the very next day. Food is great! I've been going there in a regular basis now. I have taken friends there and they loved it. Now, back to the service part, it is good service. Only a few times it's happened that I have to wait at the front but it isn't all the time. I do recommend this place because after all what I care about is price and food and they meet expectations! Forgot to mention, this place is very clean and the restrooms too!
