Situado en el centro de la población. No dispone de una carta muy amplia, sobre todo en el caso de pescados, pero si con una variedad en carnes amplia. Diferentes cortes muy sabrosos. Relación calidad - precio buena y atención adecuada.

Pedimos unas croquetas especialidad de la casa, que estaban bien.Después un arroz con bogavante que estaba saladÃsimo. Según el camarero era porque el vivero estaba un poco alto de sal. El bogavante del arroz no estaba salado. A alguien se le fue la mano, quizás fue al bogavante jajajajajaNo hubo disculpa ni un mero gesto cordial (invitar al café o algo) por lo que decidimos hacer la comida familiar en otro sitio dÃas después.

4 of us ate here. Having very little Spanish it was a struggle to comunicate however the food was great had the set menu , the service was a bit slow to start however once it got going we had a good meal at a very reasonable price.

Bad microwave food or frozen and just thrown in the oven . I do not get the other good reviews . I went there because of them but we were very disappointed . I give twos (instead than one!) because of the very cheap price point .

We didn't know the place but followed Tripadvisor's advice and it was really worth it! The fish was fresh and delicious, the rice excellent and the dessert a real treat. Do book a table there for the experience! Really cosy and clean. Excellent service. We even congratulated the cook. Ideal for couples and romantic dates as well!

If you're in the area and want some super quality fresh fish, this is the place. We enjoyed a lovely walk seeing the old forts and enjoying some great views. Took a chance on this place on the way past, were rewarded greatly. Perfectly barbecued fresh fish. So tasty. Best I've had. Would highly recommend.

What makes this Tavern such a superb place? First it's Owner Alberto, it's traditionally friendly atmosphere. Great snacks such as: exquisite anchovies, delicious cheese, Pan de Ajo (local bread) and Rioja wine. The tavern preserves it's 60s look, in fact nothing has changed except some cosmetic changes. It' like taking a walk into the past. Well worth visiting.

The pinchos here are outstanding! So fresh and tasty you must visit if you are in the area. By far the freshest pinchos of our trip and we tried a lot!! This made our day complete after a morning at the beautiful beach. Santoña is a great place to visit when in the area, we loved it.

This was a random stop on our drive and we were excited to have a break in a town famous for anchovies. The staff at this restaurant didn't speak english but were friendly. I ordered something from the menu del dia, without really knowing what it would be and was super happy to receive an appetizer of cod and chick pea stew and a main course of grilled flounder. It was all very fresh and delicious. The meal was generous and could have fed 2 hungry people.

Je vais de temps en temps dans ce bar manger des pousse-pieds, car ils les vendent à un prix correct.Par contre, je trouve un peu limite que les coquillages (crus) soient ouverts sur le comptoir. Je ne suis pas sur que les huitres, coques, palourdes soient faits pour rester dans cet état des heures à la chaleur. Souvent ils sont desséchés et morts! Une huitre morte, c'est un peu risqué de la consommer...Du coup, soyez vigilants sur l'aspect et l'odeur avant de commander.
