If you're in the area and want some super quality fresh fish, this is the place.
We enjoyed a lovely walk seeing the old forts and enjoying some great views. Took a chance on this place on the way past, were rewarded greatly.
Perfectly barbecued fresh fish. So tasty. Best I've had. Would highly recommend.

4 of us ate here. Having very little Spanish it was a struggle to comunicate however the food was great had the set menu , the service was a bit slow to start however once it got going we had a good meal at a very reasonable price.

Real Club Náutico de Laredo es un lugar con mucho encanto. Situado en un enclave privilegiado, en el puntal de Laredo, tiene unas preciosas vistas a la Bahía de Laredo y a la Ria del Asón. Con 2 amplios salones, uno para comer tanto menú del día como carta con nuestros exquisitos pescados y mariscos y otro en la primera planta para eventos (bodas, bautizos, comuniones...) El acceso es libre de lunes a viernes (excepto los meses de Julio y Agosto y los festivos).

We had an outstanding meal here.The chef and waiter were charming and helpful. The chef even made a surprise non-shellfish variant portion of one of our shared hors-d'oeuvres because he overheard one of our party saying that he couldn't eat prawns. And he added extra chocolates to our shared desert plates so we could each try them. And yes we too got a translated menu, albeit it was rather random!
The food was delicious and creative. We were a group of amateur foodies and were bowled over by the inventiveness and professionalism of the chef. Highly, highly recommended.

Beim ersten Besuch vor einem Jahr waren wir begeistert. Dieses Jahr konnte weder die Qualität noch der Service überzeugen. Vor dem Essen wollten wir den Apéro im Freien nehmen, doch das war aus uns nicht verständlichen Gründen absolut nicht möglich.
Das Personal ist unqualifiziert und unfreundlich. Nur der Chef weiss Bescheid.
Leider kann ich das Restaurant trotz der schönen Lage nicht empfehlen.

This was a random stop on our drive and we were excited to have a break in a town famous for anchovies. The staff at this restaurant didn't speak english but were friendly. I ordered something from the menu del dia, without really knowing what it would be and was super happy to receive an appetizer of cod and chick pea stew and a main course of grilled flounder. It was all very fresh and delicious. The meal was generous and could have fed 2 hungry people.

We didn't know the place but followed Tripadvisor's advice and it was really worth it! The fish was fresh and delicious, the rice excellent and the dessert a real treat. Do book a table there for the experience! Really cosy and clean. Excellent service. We even congratulated the cook. Ideal for couples and romantic dates as well!

The pinchos here are outstanding! So fresh and tasty you must visit if you are in the area. By far the freshest pinchos of our trip and we tried a lot!! This made our day complete after a morning at the beautiful beach. Santoña is a great place to visit when in the area, we loved it.

Bad microwave food or frozen and just thrown in the oven . I do not get the other good reviews . I went there because of them but we were very disappointed . I give twos (instead than one!) because of the very cheap price point .
