Viihtyisä pieni kahvila hevostallin yhteydessä! Hyviä leipomuksia, valikoimassa sopivasti niin suolaista kuin makeaa. Viihtyisinä kesäpäivinä voi myös hakea herkkunsa ulkokärrystä, joka löytyy hevostallin päädystä. Isompaan nälkään löytyy myös lounasta. Tulen mielelläni uudemmankin kerran!

Spent early Fatherâs Day with a teenager and a newborn. Great food, nice atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff = highly recommended! Donât let the location fool you! Easily a 5 star place (even if located elsewhere). This restaurant is located in an old ostrobothnian school, which was moved to its current location some time ago (look at the fascinating photos in the entrance hall of the process). Exposed log walls create cosy atmosphere and old school teaching posters on the walls remind visitors of its past. Iâve eaten lunch here for few times and it has always been very tasty. In the summer time ingredients come from nearby producer so vegetables are very fresh. Highly recommended!

I went there with my friends to spend a nice afternoon.The place has a nice and quiet location near Tuusulanjärvi's lake. It was a sunny day and we enjoyed the terrace.We took coffees and cakes which were delicious. The service was excellent and staff very helpful.Inside was very clean as well as the toilets ;)It's a place I recommend and next time I will go for a lunch or dinner.

This is a very good restaurant. Food made of local products and it is delicious.It's located very close to a Golf course and suits well having dinner or pint afterwards.Can warmly recommend this restaurant.

Nice old farm type of residence, renovated with heart. Take a tour, have a cup of coffee and a bun, and do some decorative shopping in relaxing atmosphere.

I went there few times to have a lunch. The place is not very big but there is a good atmosphere and the food was very good. The price is a bit high for a lunch but it's a good quality.I've noticed that it's better to go after 12:00 than before. There are less customers and it's a bit more quiet. The service is fast and professional.

I visit here regularly because it is one of the only tolerable restaurants in the area. Their food is usually quite good but they have no understanding of service, especially with international visitors. Many times we have sat in the almost empty restaurant and never see our waiter/ress again after being shown to our table. Depending on our mood we either give up hope of getting another bottle of wine, or dessert, or go in search of some staff.The atmosphere can be a bit too Finnish, considering they must have a lot of international visitors... Often there is a deadly silence where you almost feel you have to whisper. (If the restaurant is not full, which it typically isn't). It would be more comfortable with a bit of a buzz or some music. Even the waiting staff being more visible and welcoming might create a more hospitable vibe.The worst example was recently when we went in for Breakfast. A grim waiter pointed us to 'there are some tables over there', and after that disappeared in the bar area in another room (not that there were any customers there) and was not seen in the restaurant. He was so angry looking and never asked us if we needed anything, that I was too afraid to ask for an espresso! The tomb-like silence was perhaps even more pronounced because it was morning which you'd expect to be a bit more lively. The breakfast buffet was nothing special (even though the price was) - I've had better in many hotels.Please get in some staff who have a clue about hospitality and want to make people feel welcome and enjoy themselves, to make the most of this beautiful and special location!! And do justice to the usually good food.
