My father is from Philadelphia and I recently stopped by Giovanni's for a cheesesteak sub. This sub was enormous and could easily satisfy 2 people. IlOr 1 with a very healthy appetite. It was the best I've had. Everyone is extremely friendly and courteous. This restaurant is also very children friendly. I've also heard their pizza is awesome and that will be my next order.

This location is a small Little Caesars, and they do generally have fresh $5 (or 5.55) pizzas. The bread is obviously frozen and trucked in, the sauce is really salty and kinda thin. The cheese is a processed blend and the ingredients are really low quality, but what do you really expect for $5. The employees at this location are friendly enough and move quick for minimum wage workers. This pizza costs less by weight than a frozen pizza in the store. If you include the power you use by turning on the oven, then it's WAY cheaper. I figure most folks got this pizza on the way home from work, as I did. This location is EXTRA convenient as it is near a major road (US 29) and if you are coming towards Concord, then it's a fast run around to get in the parking lot and get a pizza.

My daughter and son in law took my husband and I to celebrate my birthday and Father's Day. It was crowded on a Friday night, but my daughter had made reservations. The service was great and food was delicious. The owner stopped by our table for a long chat. He was very friendly and we enjoyed speaking with him. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back! Can't wait to go back and try the pizza.

I was unaware that this pizza delivery place was here. I am so tired of the Pizza Hut, or Domino's delivery so I googled pizza and this popped up. I am so glad I did. The Greek salad was fresh and full of the expensive items (feta, olives, tomatoes) The pizza was delicious, the wings were great, and I tried a Howie roll which I loved. The price was as good as or better than the other big chain pizza places. It got here 10 minutes quicker than promised.

Best New York style pizza and wings! See our specials!

Reviewed By Doug G

Been a while since this place opened and finally went and tried it out with my wife. Originally we were going to get pizza, but we saw strombolis on the menu. Being from up north from RI, the town of Johnston had a large italian base as well as restaurants/delis by old schoolers and they served traditional italian dishes. . . . .and the best stromboli anywhere. We ordered the meat lovers, and when the waitress brought it to our table my eyes popped. I was vaulted back to my younger years as it looked and smelled like stromboli from my youth. The best part it tasted as good as it looked. If everything else is as perfect as what we had, we have a new favorite place for out pizza and things. I am a chef myself, and I was very impressed.

Flyin Buffalo

Reviewed By timrS6202CC

This small, friendly, family-owned, restaurant was a nice find while my family was spending some time in the Kannapolis area. We returned a few times during our stay. While the restaurant tags itself as "king of wings", we did not get an opportunity to try their wings. However, we did try a number of other items on their menu. All of the items we tried were tasty, reasonably priced and served in large portions. The pizza was our favorite and is heads and shoulders above the national chains. For me, the success of a pizza is all about the crust. And Flyin' Buffalo gets that right! They have a medium-thickness, New York-style crust with just the perfect amount of chewiness. This was topped with a very nice tomato sauce and a generous amount of cheese. The pizza is definitely worth a return visit. The most unique item we tried was the "deep-fried corn." And it is just as you may imagine: a large ear of yellow corn which has been deep-fried. And while it may sound like something from a state fair, but it was actually really tasty. Overall, we had several good experiences and some really nice pizza. I look forward to a future visit.
