Very good restaurant.
We spent five days in the Luberon touring around all the different villages...many good meals but this one was by far the best. Very friendly, clean and professional. The service was exceptionally slick and attentive. Definitely recommend! Book early for the terrace.

After a hot summerâs day, what better way to unwind and take refreshment, than to sit in a shaded terrace sipping chilled rosé and enjoying the view of vineyards and fields.Service is friendly, prompt and multi-lingual. Bistrot-style food, so nothing special here, but large and attractive serves. My entrecôte was quite thin and a little tough, but I enjoyed the flavour provided by a generous sprinkling of herbs de Provence. Diners around me also seemed to be enjoying their meals.

We splurged by eating here on our first night at the resort. We have had many high end meals and they do it well! The service, execution and prices were great. Go!Dear Sir, Thank you very much for such a positive review.I am delighted to read how much you appreciated Le Bistrot restaurant and I hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in the future in one of our restaurants.Best regards,

We code the restaurant after reading the good reviews and werenât disappointed. We experienced a warm welcome and amazing service. The two ladies in charge were flexible in the ingredients of the dishes (allergies and things we dislike), the food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and all of this left us with great experience.

Late July, midweek, and the large dining-area filled rapidly after our arrival; parking space is adequate but [though I stand to be corrected] I didn't see any space specifically for people of reduced mobility. The outdoor setting is attractive, with the Neapolitan pizza oven by the building, and tables for everyone from groups down to couples. We had booked but there were some who had not; they were accommodated by the cheerful young staff. Our group included adults, children and older folk who would not have the very good pizzas. There the problem started. The salads etc served on slates are pretty mediocre, and the starters are bland and unexciting. The pasta dishes offered as an alternative are quite tasty however. And one young lady aged 7 completely demolished an impressive children's pizza. The adults all had 'cocktails' to start with. We suspected: the barman juggled the ice-cubes in his shaker but out from under the bar would come the cocktail mixes. A very modest dash of alcohol would be added. Our verdict: the cocktails were unchallenging.Wines are local French or of course Italian, standard stuff. Service is, shall we say, cheerful, informal and not always attentive. If food is left, no questions as to why.Desserts are over-sweet concoctions. We strongly suspect the use of bought aerosol mascarpone.Prices are higher than warranted by the quality. Are they still paying-off the loan on that wonderful oven? Yet in a family group an entertaining evening passed by under a beautiful sunset.Apart from the pizzas, this is so-so food in an enjoyable setting.

Restaurant traditionnel familial avec 2 terrasses, une panoramique et une donnant sur la place du village, bar brasserie et restaurant... Ouvert 7/7 de avril à octobre
We were wandering in Roussillon looked at the Trip Advisor Ratings and some were full other with not a great menu. We settled for Cafe des Couleurs. First the service was GREAT. Paul also known as Paulo Did a great job with a great attitude. The food was very good. The salade nicoise was aplenty and the tartare de boeuf excellent. The french fries are out of this world. Never any like that. Fluffy, light not greasy. The Panacota with raspberry coulis was very good and the "Baba au Rhum" would be OK for two people except when you have a very sweet tooth.Unfortunately We were not able to eat by the terrace with the view but anyway the food was very good.

Wednesday, so several restaurants are closed. Never mind, La Treille is open! They have a limited but well balanced menu. Today's specials were lamb shank served with mashed potatoes with olive oil, and salad. The other, market fish of the day was seated ted tuna, provencal vegetables, cous cous and salad. We enjoyed both main courses and finished with a Panna cotta, and an apple tart with cream. Coffees, a half litre of excellent house white wine altogether cost Eu74, around £66, good value!Service was polite and friendly, the cooking was spot on, which is one reason why I like to see a small menu in a small restaurant.Helpful hint- there are only around 12 tables outside on the terrace, so arrive early! Also, marvel at the 169 year old vine growing up the outside of the restaurant.

Good food but dreadfully slow service. Took well over an hour for a simple lunch special. Appetizers and main course came quickly but dessert was another 45 minutes. Ok if you want to spend a leisurely afternoon there but parking in the village lot had a time limit.

We had a lovely dinner of three courses at a fixed price which was quite reasonable. Although choices on the price fixed are more limited we were able to find something to our liking. Everything was well prepared, delicious and presented with charm and style.
Xavier MATHIEU created his bistro in one of the rooms of the hostellerie and outdoors around a fountain recreating the atmosphere of a place of our charming villages. We offer a contemporary and simple cuisine based on family traditions with the best prod
