Going to a place and watch the chef cleaning his nose with the same cloth he used to work, the waiter using customer toilet, another chef sitting in the middle of the restaurant taking his shoes out and his barefoot foot on the chair, doesnât seems so hygienic....And the pizza is just a grandiosa with extra salt.Also the place smells like burned pizza all over

Iâve been to Bien Centro quite a few times with my friends. Today I had the gnocchi with tomato and mozzarella. Itâs the second time Iâve ordered this dish and it literally tastes like nothing. I also have multiple friends who says the same. You should really change the dish. I only ate half of it because it really didnât taste like anything. Other than that - friendly staff, great wine and lovley interior.Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate it. This italian restaurant is run by some of the same persons that run the Pasta Sentral in Bergen. Pasta Sentral is an institution, a budget-friendly piece of Italy that is known for it's daily dishes and pizza's. This place has a more upscale feel, the menu is still of course italian food. We enjoyed the experience, it was closer to very good than average. The food was good, the only thing was that the meals were too large for us, especially the fish, which I could not finish, even if it was very good. Well worth a visit.

we were in this restaurant for the first time Sunday afternoon. Staff really friendly and beautiful location . we ordered a vegetarian pizza and a calzone, the best pizza, better than the villani the other Italian restaurant. We stumbled upon this restaurant while exploring the beautiful Bergen and instantly fell in love with it. The food was fresh and delicious. Service was outstanding. We went in a second time on a Saturday and it was totally full but we were so keen to dine we booked for a later time and had dinner there. Very pleased with the service and food. Highly recommended when in Bergen at least dine once. They have plenty of vegetarian options. We requested a custom made Pizza without meat and their chef was kind enough to make it for us. So dont worry if you are vegetarian they can accommodate your requests. Must visit

We had some great pizza here, exactly what we needed after walking around town for a couple of hours. It's located very centrally, near some of the big attractions such as Bryggen wharf, so if you're in the vicinity, look no further.

I was super excited to find this place, failing our first attempt the other night, as it is tucked into an alley. The ambience is great, cozy, with couches and candles. A lot of patrons frequented, with much conversation and laughter.The pizza was superb, but alas as a âvinbarâ it was very disappointing. The Viognier I order at first was a bit nasty, and I asked for a Pinot Gris to follow, but a Reisling was the best they had. In fairness, I think it is de rigeur to order by the bottle, as the menu does not offer wines by the glass. Even so, it wasnât clear to me that they knew much about wine.As I say, the pizza was quite good, and the cheese plate with parma and salami equally good - a Norwegian cheese was superb.Failing as did the wine, the service was terribly slow and inattentive, which accounts for a good bit of this rating. At one point after waiting a long time for our second glass of wine, I asked the server how that (the wine order) was coming along. He astonished me by replying âI will when I have time.â I hesitate to give such a rating, but it was as we experienced it.
