If you look for great taste, good price and a different kind of pizza, el Boliche is the choice. With only one pizza 2 people can eat. And if you feel more hungry, try one of the empanadas. A little secret in the neighborhood!Thank you very much for spending a moment of your time to write your opinion of El Boliche. We're glad to hear such a good comments.Best regards,

Discover typical and local spanish cuisine with a modern twist and international influences in one of the most refined tapas bars in Cádiz.
Annoyed that we had to pay 12.50 E for a small local cheese platter with a few walnut fragments and be served wine in small glasses when 99.9 % of the time it seems quite the reverse in Spain in terms of generosity. Also 8 elderly ladies were refused tapas service as you have to âsit at the barâ for Tapas. Weird business practice."tapas only at the bar" is a common occurence in spain. Pretty much all of the items in our tapas menu are available in bigger format everywhere else in our restaurant, which is again a very common thing in spain. We are sorry you had a dispointing experience, though we strive to serve the best fresh local produce in the best possible way, we can't please everyone all the time and we thank you for your comment.

Ate here a couple of times at the bar and once for the whole menu in the restaurant. The food is interesting and different, a twist on traditional cooking and every dish has a surprise factor. We took the tasting menu with accompanying wines. Local produce is showcased, like the payoya cheese or tuna and they also offer wine pairings with local wines, here this entails 4 glasses of sherries which I donât like, but a sherry lover might be happy with that. I felt that the wine-pairings were a bit hit and miss anyway and with hindsight would order glasses of wine I like to go with the meal. The restaurant can have a bit of a reverent quality to it, and depending on who is serving it can feel a bit pretentious. We had a lovely female waitress one meal and she really made us feel welcome with her warm and relatable manner. All in all it was worth it to taste Michelin star food at an affordable price for a special occasion.

Had dinner here with friends and was very pleasantly surprised. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and the service friendly and efficient. With wine I think we paid about 15⬠per person. Cadiz has lots of great places to eat and while this might not have the most exotic menu you could do a lot worse if you want typical local dishes.Thank you very much for your comment, we are delighted to have liked you, see you soon

We decided to come to this little restaurant to try the steak! It did not disappoint... the wine, food, service and the added little touches of homemade lemonchello & Baileys gave the whole evening a 5 star rating by each of our couples!Nice to have the chef come out to recommend which choice of steaks to have to suit us! Highly recommend to all of our friends and will definitely come back. High praise all round, well done to the owner!

Itâs a family-run restaurant with Italian origins so they know how to make a meal an unforgettable experience. The food is delicious with options for vegetarians and vegans. Espresso coffee is the best Iâve tried in Cadiz. The place inside is so relaxing that I didnât want to leave. Iâll definitely go back soon.
