This was a wonderful surprise. 8610 delighted us with a wonderful ambiance, great service, gourmet meals and perfect overall experience. Each and every dish was perfectly crafted, seasoned to perfection and specifically chosen for the right season. This is no standard menu. Its art. Enjoy. En guete.One note for families: While they do have a high chair, and are very nice - its not for small kids. If you do want to take the little ones with you, make sure to bring your own entertainment (paper, crayons, books,...). :)

We went to Brunnentor on a double date last Saturday and had a great dinner.As a hotelier I respect restaurants that not only get it right, but do so consistently. It's easy for Michelin starred restaurants to do it with their ridiculously exorbitant prices and their large kitchen brigades, it's much tougher to achieve this level when in a local casual dining restaurant with limited resources. I have been going to this place for years and the food & service is always great, always the same.As always, I ordered a large pork schnitzel with carrots and spinach only, no fries. The veggies here are absolutely awesome, perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection. I love the combination of greasy deep fried schnitzel with umami spinach and tender carrot batonets. If you are into your fries then yes please order them. They are seasoned with a flavour enhancer and are pretty tasty.For starters we ordered 2 Nüsslisalats Mimosa (lambs lettuce salad, chopped boiled egg) and a steak tartare. The salad was fine, nothing special, the dressing tasted store bought and this could easily have been tossed up at home by a novice. I don't normally order Steak Tartare as I am simply not a lover of raw minced beef. Carpaccio I enjoy but not tartare. Nevertheless I did taste some from my friend and it was tasty, perfectly seasoned with a hint of spice. For mains everyone ordered a schnitzel and everyone enjoyed what they were served. Fried thinly battered and bread crumbed pork or veal. For desserts we ordered a Black Forest ice cream ball and a coupe, both good.This is our local and we will return. Thanks very much.

This is a place that I never wanted to return to. Reason being, when I first moved to Uster 6 years ago, we had a terrible experience. My wife, who is allergic to seafood, ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad and while she was eating it she came across a couple of pieces of Octopus in it! I immediately complained but the waiter treated it as if it wasn't a big deal and simply said that the chef tosses salad ingredients in the same bowl prior to plating and there must have been some left over octopus in the bowl from a previous order! He didn't even bother to apologize and despite returning the salad, we received no deduction on the bill.After 6 years and having eaten at most places in Uster, we decided to give it another go. The place is decently decorated and does have a Italian trattoria feel to it.For starters I had the Zuppa Pavese which is a vegetable broth with a poached egg and a cheesy crouton. It did not taste homemade and was clear to me that the broth was made from a stock cube.For mains my wife had a pizza which was decent, not the best as we're used to wood fired pizzas, but was ok. My mains was spaghetti with mussels and clams. This is a pasta dish that I have had all over the world, Italy included. Here it simply lacked flavour, was a tad over salty and was too watery. I cook this dish at home and do a much better job at it. The chefs should toss the pasta in the seafood sauce for a minute or so to let it absorb the flavours of the broth prior to plating. Obviously not done here.Nevertheless, Molino does belong to a massive chain and I suppose one can't expect outstanding authentic Italian food from a chain, especially not in Switzerland.Service was ok, the waitresses were professional but kept their distance. I miss hospitality when I'm in Switzerland. They fail to realize that dining is not only about the food, it's also the hospitality of the staff.Will I go again? No.

Das Restaurant lässt von auÃen in der Lage nicht erahnen was man drinnen geboten bekommt. Der Geschäftsführer ist überaus freundlich,sehr aufmerksam und versprüht einem das Gefühl das jeder willkommen ist. Das ist Gastfreundlichkeit wie man sie nur noch selten erlebt. Die Kellnerin ebenso aufmerksam und freundlich. Immer ein Lachen im Gesicht.Das Essen ist mit liebe gekocht und angerichtet. Geschmacklich und preislich super! Wenn hier jemand nicht satt wird weià ich auch nicht mehr. Super Portionen, was aber nicht heiÃt das die Teller übervoll sind.Abmiete gemütliche Beiz! Sehr gediegen und wohlfühlfaktor pur.Die Sanitäranlagen neu und blitzeblank. Wer kommen will, jedenfalls reservieren. Ich komme wieder, das ist sicher!

The place is really small, therefore it is very difficult to get in without a reservation. The food is very good. The kitchen is a mixture between swiss and modern style. Everything seems to have the proper details and flavours. It is a great place to celebrate special occasions.

The restaurants is simply awesome. The lounge outside to have an amazing Apéro and the warm and cosy dining room inside is just perfect.The food is beyond expectations and exceptional. The Ratatouille with the cognac sauce was the best I ever had in the world.The staff & owner are a pure bliss and smile nonstop while providing 3* Michelin service. Awesome place, spectacular food and even better people.

Small, charming restaurant in an old Riegelhaus. We ordered the 4-Course Menu and it was amazing. Just the right amount of food and time. We weren't rushed, and could enjoy it all. The food was delicious and innovative in its combinations of flavors. Great service as well. Not inexpensive, but well worth it. Certainly a good "special occasion" restaurant.

The restaurant is with the new crew much better. It has the possibility to sit outside and enjoy a quiet dinner. The food is a mixture between simple pizza and italian spacialities. Some times your get good plates, some other times not so good. I believe the cook is (too?) ambitious, so that not all recipies are perfect... yet. What takes us ofter to that place is definitely the location and the service, by the family who owns the place. They are really caring for the clients, and giving their best to get good honest food to the table.

This very popular restaurant serves authentic Greek specialties of the highest quality. Make a reservation if you'd like to visit for dinner, as it is often very well booked. The atmosphere is casual and can be a bit loud and jolly, so be prepared for true Mediterranean atmosphere that comes with the food. Let the restaurant manager suggest a fine wine that goes best with the food - you won't be disappointed. If you love Greek food or would like to taste it for the first time, this is a great place to go!

This place supports SVP, the nasty right wing party in Switzerland. Not only are they opposed to foreigners in Switzerland, they constantly insult them with their barrage of xenophobic propaganda.This restaurant regularly hosts the SVP on their terrace, allow them to put up stands and all their propaganda in the hope of brainwashing gullible Swiss into voting for them. Which, you will be surprised to know, happens all the time. They are the most supported political party in Switzerland. Just goes to show what Swiss people are really like.Every person has the right to know and this is why I am posting this review. I for one will never come back to this place. The food was average at best and it will certainly not be missed.Shame on you Fabio.
