We came to visit the cafe because the present owner used to run Thorham Forge Teashop and as we were always pleased with her service there we thought that we would like to go and support her in her new venture. The cafe is at the entrance of a riding school and camping site. It is very clean and tidy with a raised outside seating area with views over the paddocks and the resident camel! Inside boasts views over the indoor riding school too! The menu is quite extensive covering breakfasts, lunches and light snacks as well as a good children's menu too, all at very reasonable prices. The drive out here was very scenic too! A real country find! They are happy to accommodate groups, including cyclists, just phone ahead first.

Have been coming to Garnetts for some time now, but booked an afternoon tea recently with friends. It was wonderful, beautiful sandwiches, lovely scones and superb cakes, plus endless tea or coffee. The staff are extra friendly and we had doggie bags for our remaining food. The garden centre itself is very good and reasonably priced, sitting among the flowers in the summer is a delight. Also a great farm shop with meat, veg, bakery and excellent selection of unusual gifts and cards.

My partner loves boats and walking so for his birthday we combined both. A walk along the river wall and a delicious lunch at the cafe. All the food is locally sourced and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. We would highly recommend this cafe on the river for lunch or just coffee and cake .

A small old fashioned caff. Plain food, served simply. Bit of a delight really when wherever you go these days the menu is revved up with copious and superfluous description and twiddly bits on the plate. Very good, very friendly and honestly down to earth.

Take your appetite - this is by far the best place to get breakfast or similar. Friendly but get there early in high season as it is very popular so you may end up sitting outside which is fine when the weather allows. A lovely place to watch people go by,

My wife and I have called in for coffee a few times. A nice brew and they do a good Flat White. They have a bring and swap book collection in the back room.and I have swapped books there several times.

We are a cafe on the banks of the River Deben in Woodbridge. Serving hot and cold food and drinks, we also have a licence to serve Alcohol. Please come along to eat and drink and enjoy the wonderful location and extensive decking by the Model Boat Pond.

Hadn't been before so was a nice little find. Set amongst trees near the river with a nice seating area outside. The food and service was good and the sandwiches and brunch rolls were lovely. Very friendly staff to.

I just LOVE the Whistlestop (much better sound than Whistle Stop) Café.Almost completely un-modernised station building, white picket fence. Formica and 1980s chairs inside (great) and Pub style benches outside.Great fried 'full-english' breakfasts and an exciting a la carte.Been run and owned by the same family for years and years so they have a formula that works and it doesn't change. (Thank goodness)
