We are open Monday to Friday 5PM-10PM, Saturday 12:30PM-10PM, Friday 12:30PM to 9PM.
Get there early! The line starts forming about 4:30 for the 5pm opening. For such a big place the service was great. Beef cube appetizer was oh so tender. The T-Bone was the best Iâve tasted. Corn on the cob was sweet and perfect. It should be on the bucket list for destination places to eat. Jeremy was our server and was great.
Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers could
I had woken early for a long-anticipated bike tour, and pedaled off in complete darkness, fearless because I have superb lighting on my Doublevision. As I cycled East our of the big city of El PasoTX-USA, a thrill entered my heart in seeing that most (motor) traffic was going in the opposite direction of me, and when Sunrise did occur, it was well behind me. However, after a couple of hours, I was beginning to feel the need for more energy and began to plot my next stop. I was familiar with my route--I had pedaled it four years before, cycling to West HoustonTX, 11-28JUN2011. I knew the community of Horizon City, further East, was growing, and that I'd likely be able to find nutrition easily. So imagine my delight to find this Whataburger had sprung up close to the intersection of Darrington Road and Horizon Boulevard--it certainly wasn't there four years before! Regardless, I was extremely happy because the entire chain of Whataburgers 4 years ago had been one of my vital life supports that kept me pedaling, and had earned the third photo in my fourth book. Anyway, the staff were extremely professional, friendly, and accommodated my need to rest as well as gorge on the delicious food. The breakfast platter with sausage and chorizo was perfect, as was the CM (Chocolate Milk)+and endless supply of great coffee (those two drinks together are a powerful source of energy for my body). I could feel my muscles rebounding, and by the time i pedaled off, I had consumed many calories. Of course, with all that energy inside me, some did become waste; the bathroom was utterly clean and well-stocked. Unfortunately, once I started pedaling again, my mind wandered to where I was going to stop next for food--though most eateries all provide the same basic service, this Whataburger is vastly superior!

Stopped in for late night beer and food close to the hotel. It was happy hour and pub burger was $6.00. Liked the beer and liked the burger. No complaints.
Watching the waist, this is the place! eat half sandwich and share. Soups and salad is good!Party trays are high price!
We got the Super Churro Split, which was pretty good. The ice cream wasn't anything special, but the churros were fresh and delicious. I would recommend ordering just the churros and some chocolate if you go. Overall, the prices are slightly high for the area, but it makes for a decent dessert stop.
For more than 65 years Denny's has been bringing people together over great food. It's the place where people can relax and be themselves; where they can enjoy classic American comfort food and everyday value. 24 hours a day. 365 days a year. Here, you ca
When I first walked in, the manager flirted with me in a very forceful manner, "posing" for me and asking me if there was a Mrs... to which I replied yes and gave a name to throw her off my trail... I found out later she was married. I didn't appreciate that at all. I was there to eat.I ate there a number of times over a 4 month period, but gave up entirely after the last fiasco. The FIRST fiasco was: I ordered the AYCE spaghetti dinner, and paid my bill before the server went home so I could add his tip to my payment. I asked for another helping of spaghetti before he left off his shift and was told by this server that I could not have any more. When I asked why, I really thought he was playing some kind of juvenile joke. He was serious. Said, "You can't have any more. The ticket has been closed." It took a full 5 minutes for him to explain it to me in a way that I could understand that the reason why I was cut off was because I had paid my bill. Once we got that far, I tried to get it out of him why that was so. But none of his answers made any sense, so I asked the night manager, now on duty. He explained to me that all the re-orders are computer controlled and relate directly to my open ticket. Once I pay my bill, my ticket is closed, therefore no reorders can be made. I said, "No good deed goes unpunished I was just trying to help the kid out. Otherwise I would not have been able to leave him a cash tip." The night manager said, I see what you were trying to do... so I will continue your ticket for the spaghetti even though you've paid. I have no problem with it." I said, "Good. Now, I have no problem with it either, except it was 45 minutes ago when I asked for my re-order."The thing concerning the day manager hitting on me concerned me, that she was so forward the first visit I made. I was not satisfied that she would leave me alone, so I would try to go in when she wasn't there. But, my schedule would not allow it every time. And.. (The final fiasco that caused me to go elsewhere to eat...) was that she put two experienced servers on me as a sort of harassment. One time during this visit, on the day manager's shift, when only one server came to my table, the manager came flying up to ask "Is everything alright? Do you need any help?" But... she was asking the solo server, not me... She actually completely ignored me and never spoke to me during this visit. Apparently, she was retaliating against me for whatever reason she had made up in her little head. Maybe, because I turned her off of me? Quite possibly, she has mental problems.I told a server after shift change about it, and she said she knew that "something had happened and that is why there were two servers assigned to me," but she wouldn't tell me what or didn't know what it was. I said, "I will have to go to corporate about this and see if this woman had done this to anyone else. I come to eat, to work, and I need a table for sometimes 2 or 3 hours if they are not too busy, more time in the late evening if seating allows. You have been my server a few times, have I created any trouble here?"She emphatically told me, "No, sir, you are always kind to me. I just work here, you know. I don't want any problems. Everything is OK with me as far as you are concerned..."I did go to corporate. They did make a few changes in that restaurant... so... my next contract I will make a visit to them and see if the situation has changed... If not, then Denny's is "cut off" forever, any location. I am rating this restaurant as "Dine at your own risk."

Stopped for hotel and Mamacitas was next door. Very good menu at reasonable prices. Steaks, broad Mexican menu, and burgers. Nice atmosphere, family oriented...good beer selection.
My family and I discovered shooters two months ago while in El Paso, Texas for my daughter's college orientation. We were looking for somewhere to eat and kill time before our ghost tour. We yelped Shooter's and liked what we saw, so we took a chance. OMG! The food was amazing! We struct up a conversation with the owner, Isela, and she put together a sample platter for us. We then turned around and ordered half a rack of ribs. The meat was so delicious that I never put any sauce on it. The hospitality was just as good as the food. Isela introduced us to her father-in-law the cook, and we couldn't compliment him enough. We have NEVER had such good BBQ like we had at Shooters. We had BBQ the night before at a local chain restaurant and it was good, we were very pleased. But after heading to Shooter's we realized the night before was ok...there was no comparison to the amazing BBQ at Shooter's! And being from California where everything is expensive, we were shocked at their decent prices. We could never get these prices at home. We'll be visiting El Paso many times over the next 4 years and you can bet we will be at Shooter's every single time. We'll be there this coming weekend and already have a drive to Shooter's on our itinerary. Definitely worth visiting again, and again, and again!
