San Pedro Sula (Spanish pronunciation: [sam ˈpeðɾo ˈsula]) is the capital of Cortés Department, Honduras. It is located in the northwest corner of the country in the Sula Valley, about 50 kilometres (31 mi) south of Puerto Cortés on the Caribbean Sea. With a census population of 719,063 in 2013, and 1,445,598 people living in its metropolitan area in 2010, it is the nation's primary industrial center and second largest city after the capital Tegucigalpa.

Omoa is a town and a municipality in the Department of Cortés in Honduras. Is located 70km northern from San Pedro Sula. The most striking feature is the Fortaleza de San Fernando de Omoa, an 18th-century Spanish fort.  The Fort of San Fernando de Omoa, was built between 1756-1775. A small town filled with great history and culture. You will enjoy the local gastronomy, their specialty is seafood, but you can find many flavors as well. The rest of the afternoon, you can decide to spend it at the beach or visiting a natural reserve nearby. A day full of fun.
