San Pedro Sula (Spanish pronunciation: [sam ˈpeðɾo ˈsula]) is the capital of Cortés Department, Honduras. It is located in the northwest corner of the country in the Sula Valley, about 50 kilometres (31 mi) south of Puerto Cortés on the Caribbean Sea. With a census population of 719,063 in 2013, and 1,445,598 people living in its metropolitan area in 2010, it is the nation's primary industrial center and second largest city after the capital Tegucigalpa.

We went to have some early dinner and we tried the fundido con frijoles and it was really good, also a lechon as a starter, then we ordered some imported prime cuts and eere soooo good honestly really recomend it, the service was perfect!!

I visit Uno at least once a month, I go there with my husband, with my daughters, for a business lunch etc. My favorite is their Caesar Salad, always fresh, cold and crunchy. Appetizers are great too, they have a spinach and artichoke dip that rocks.

Had the chorizo appetizer, onion soup, steak Sandwich. All very salty! Only white wine was a Chardonnay, they said, but on the sweet side. Two wines and the above $50. Note that the prices on their website are old and under what they actually charge. Also note that the menu prices do NOT include tax and service which is added on. Another 25%. My meal was very mediocre and expensive I thought for a Sandwich and sausage app. Wouldn't return.

We were greeted warmly, and enjoyed the meals. The menu is wide-ranging, and helpings generous. I really liked the chicken, and our companions stated the calamari was the best ever. A nice choice of sauces is available, and the prices were very good. We left happy.

Firstly, the menu is excellent, in terms of the way it is presented and appears. I speak zero Spanish and this restaurant is the first one I have been to in Latin America (and I have traveled to all countries in Latin America except Nicaragua, Paraguay, Bolivia and Equador) that shows such accurate pictures of every dish. It makes it really difficult not to order 20 things on the menu. The portion sizes are very big, so be careful when ordering even though the restaurant allows to take food to go.
Now, the food itself is spectacular. It is extremely delicious and the flavours are ridiculously good. The staff are super awesome friendly and speak both English and Spanish. I am in Honduras for another 12 days. I am a single guy and I can safely say, given the huge variety of the menu and my excellent experience today, I will happily be back for multiple meals before I leave. Of all my reviews on TripAdvisor, this restaurant quality is by far the best. Love it, love it, love it
