Bad experience especially with your employee
Reviewed By mchikochI post this complaint here because can't found a mailbox for reclamation. we were welcomed by a very professional employee who gave us the keys to the flat and explained our stay, When we received the accommodation we found that the wifi was not working and that the air conditioning was not working properly, i reported the wifi problem to the reception. As we had planned an activity in the afternoon we were away until late in the evening when we returned the wifi problem was still there and the air conditioning was not working as it only expelled not cool air. As it was late and the children were tired we decided to call the reception the next morning, as the room phone was not working either. The next day I went to the reception where I had an exchange with a male employee who didn't understand why the wifi problem had not been solved the day before, I explained to him that the most important thing was the air conditioning, he did what was necessary to send a technician quickly, finding several defects in the room, including the air conditioning, the wifi, and a deafening noise from the fridge, The technician suggest to change room, which the reception granted us, this whole procedure took at least the whole morning, when I went to the reception to ask for a compensation for the inconvenience suffered, the employee on a rather annoying and not very commercial tone told us that he had already made a gesture by proposing another flat to us and which according to his words was bigger than the one we had paid for. to our great surprise when we took possession of the new flat we realized that it was exactly the same as the one we had the day before! ( (old room 11013 new one 19021) having no desire to waste any more time and above all to have a confrontation with your employee at the reception desk we were happy to settle down to finish our stay and leave not without a certain bitterness and a taste of a wasted stay. This letter of dissatisfaction does not reflect all your employees but only the person with whom we had the confrontation, it does not reflect at all the excellence and professionalism that we expect to have in this kind of prestigious establishment that is yours.

Reviewed By I_uohoSe trata de unas casas construidas en los accesos de una cueva y que son un lugar perfecto para desconectar y descansar. Tienen todo el equipamiento básico necesario y el estado del mobiliario es correcto. Además el precio es adecuado. Los alrededores no tienen nada interesante que ver, pero es interesante alojarse allí por probar la experiencia. El encargado es amable y servicial.

Bra, men kunde vara bättre
Reviewed By Robert AVid vårt besök i Cartagena valde vi att hyra en nyrenoverad lägenhet med tillgång till egen parkering. När vi väl letat oss fram möttes vi av en trevlig tjej som visade vägen till P-huset (på spanskt vis smalt och trångt) och gav bra information om vår vistelse i lägenheten (och tips på sevärdheter och restauranger). Läget var det inget fel på, bara en kort promenad till Calle Major och med flera restauranger och caféer på nära håll. Lägenheten var också bra, nyrenoverad med hiss, TV med spanska kanaler, en effektiv AC/inverter, ett bra kök, en trevlig liten balkong mot gatan, ett godkänt badrum och det mesta av allt som behövs. Men det fanns också skönhetsfel; läslampor saknades vid både säng och soffa, lampan över spisen var inte inkopplad och wifi:n var lite svajig. Arean på lägenheten uppgavs till 58 m2, men det måste ha varit mätt på husets yttermått. Sängen (och även täcket) var på gränsen till för smal för två personer och emellanåt luktade det avlopp från badrummet. På det hela taget var alltså boendet bra, men kunde ha varit bättre med enkla medel. Om jag skulle komma tillbaka? Ja, kanske.

Great place to stay, more space and the same price as a hotel room
Reviewed By jayne186487We stayed at apartamentos 525 for one night just to see what it was like. Same price as a hotel room in the hotel 525 but a lot more space. The block has 10 apartments in and is modern with a lift. Very large super kingbed, comfortable and clean. Large bathroom and shower with good water pressure. Everything you need for a few days away. For a longer stay it does not have an oven or a washing machine but for a couple of days it's fine. The location was very good and easy to walk almost any where in the town. Down side parking can be difficult especially in summer. Nice roof terrace with goid views towards the Mar menor.

Reviewed By Mooey50We visited the hotel for a wine tour weekend. I don’t think there are many hotels to choose from in the centre of Jumilla so it’s pretty much the only choice. Reception weren’t super helpful. One girl served us and as we had a query on the booking she just went off and gave us to another chap. Not the most welcoming of starts!!!! The hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from main bar/restaurants. It over looks waste land on one side so not a pretty view. It’s a good place to park for free though. The waste land is mostly used as a car park or locals taking dogs for walks and not picking up after them. Apparently it has a bar / restaurant but it’s not easy to find if there is one as we never found it. The rooms are clean and quite basic but adequate. It was very noisy with people dragging furniture in bedrooms around us, but we managed to sleep as there is only so long that can go in for. I wouldn’t stay again.

Reviewed By silmariensApartamentos limpio ten cuidado salgo antiguos pero bien equipados no hacía falta no utilizamos cocina fuimos a comer a buffet abierto solo en el hueco de mediodía mucha variedad de comida camareros atentos fabada codillos cerdo pasta cada día había cosas diferentes no solían repetir comida los camareros de la cafetería algo más serios en general cerca del entorno hay bares y la playa también utilizamos la piscina limpia bien cuidada las hamacas todo con protocolo covid-19 repetiremos

Reviewed By MetalTigerTravelling from Marbella to Barcelona to catch a ferry to Genoa, Sangonera La Seca is 445 km and an easy 4 hour drive. Perfect location for a quick stop over en route. Comfortable and clean with good food in the restaurant. At €35 it is very reasonable too.
