Reviewed By stanandjan2016We had a bungalow right on the beach and the bit of beach in front felt like our own private beach as we could put the table and chairs and sun loungers provided in front of our property. Our only small gripe was that the menu showed a good range of choice, but each time our first couple of choices were "finished". Would have been better to have a menu for that day of items tjat were actually available. Would go again.

Reviewed By SholmIf you prefer a hotel a little away from the tourist busy center of Bonifacio, this is a perfect family owned small hotel. Everything is very clean and staff extremely friendly. They serve both lunch and dinner and food is very good. We had a superior room, which gives a little extra space. The only thing missing was a fridge, which is a pity. There are several beaches just a few minutes from the hotel and the view at breakfast is spectacular over the bay area. Highly recommend.

A wonderful base from which to explore
Reviewed By alandwoodResidence Benista was a fantastic base from where to explore the north west of Corsica. Although it was a couple of miles from L'ile Rousse (and not possible to walk up and down a steep hill), it was the perfect place to stay. The gardens and the pool were beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant/bar was always a good place for a drink and a chat. Our small appartment overlooked the pool and gardens, and parking was a few metres away. The furnishings were Ikea, so not the best and this did let the property down somewhat, but we didn't spend much time in the room. The plastic chairs on our covered terrace were rubbish, with the feeling that they could collapse at any time ( and my wife is only 68 kg). Good outside chairs would have made a huge difference. In the end we put the lounge sofa out on the terrace !! But this was a minor distraction, overall a fantastic place to stay

Reviewed By Amandine GNous avons séjourné ici 1 nuit avec mon conjoint et mon fils de 2 ans (qui était malade depuis la veille) Nous avions réservé un lit bébé que nous n’avons jamais eu ! Probablement un manque d’organisation de la part du propriétaire. Nous avons donc tenté de dormir à 3 dans le lit, chose impossible. Mon conjoint a fini par s’installer par terre pour tenter de dormir un peu. Autant dire que ni lui ni moi n’avons dormi cette nuit la. Nous regrettons cet incident parce que l’endroit est absolument magnifique, tout comme la chalet. Il y a même une baignoire et le chauffage !

Bouches d’aérations immondes Moisissures joints frigo Déchets derrière poubelle Verre pas net Sauce tomate sur les murs. Télécommande grasse. Table extérieur pas nettoyé. Et j’en passe… Pour moi il n’y a pas eu de ménage avant notre arrivée. Voyez les photos! Cela est inacceptable avec les mesures covid qui sont indiquées sur l’annonce. Le logement est dans son jus et avec manque de goût certes mais fidèle aux photos….cela passe …mais dans la crasse des précédents locataires!!! Et quel locataire ? A lire les précédents commentaires cela commence à être inquiétant !!! Une honte!!! Arrivée à 22h/8 degrés dehors pas de chauffage dans le logement… Le logement était vraiment froid. Difficile à réchauffer. L’accueil est ouvert de 10h à 19h. Je n’ai vu personne La gerante est inexistante. Obligé d’appeler le numéro pour soucis wifi. Ne réponds pas / ne rappelle pas. Des locataires ont des chiens ds la résidence alors qu’ils sont non normalement non autorisés …apparemment des locataires au mois…la grande classe croyez moi!!!! Arrivée à 22h/ 8 degrés à l’extérieur, pas de chauffage dans le logement. Logement difficile à réchauffer. Pas de café à disposition le matin. Machine à café à l’accueil. Vous payez pour un cappuccino, c’est un chocolat qui sort… Un café long? C’est un court! Machine à revoir… Pas de gel douche ds le distributeur au niveau de la baignoire. 1er matin très compliqué. Il n’y a pas de journaux disponible à l’accueil comme indiqué sur l’annonce. Camera orienté sur notre balcon…sympa l’intimité! De plus ont se perd dans le type d’établissement, hotel, appartement hotel, résidence de tourisme. Plusieurs designations sur place, sur la resa…. Fuyez cette résidence pour le meme prix vous trouverez plus propre et mieux fréquenté à ajaccio c’est certain…
