Reviewed By Keira22Very expensive trip for poor quality accommodation serving awful food. Paid for upgrade of rides which were in the dark so could see nothing. Inghams travel are just rip off people selling you rubbish holiday for huge thousands and thousands of pounds for just three days. Even the TUI customers had a better send than us travelling with Inghams. Jet2 flight was just plain awful with no food or snacks left, children were crying as they were hungry.

A modern and comfortable hotel on top of the Levi Front Slope. The only slope side hotel in Levi has amazing views to the surroundings of Levi and the Lappish fells and nature. You can hunt Aurora Borealis or the midnight sun right at the hotel yard. Restaurant Panorama provides À la Carte and buffet meals. A hearty buffet breakfast is a great way to start your day!

Location, beautiful spot up the fell with lift access from the village, great views from outside the restaurant but very limited from inside the the hotel. The hotel rooms are split with slope view and car park view. The chalet rooms look at the road or the car park. The bar looks out to the car park, parts of the restaurant have views to the slope and horizon but they are limited to maybe 15 tables? Apparently there is a bar on the upper floor but this was closed and speaking to the staff, they were also unclear as to why… hotel panorama but with very limited panorama views?? Food. The breakfast was poor and always the same, continental breakfast, how can you go wrong? Cooked offering, always the same, lacking flavour, variety or quality. Tea and coffee cups that are so small they are all but useless. We did not have the buffet lunch (which is for half board guests) but would guess similar based on what other guests were saying. Food from the bar was reasonable, nothing amazing but reasonable quality and not crazy priced. Staff, very mixed. some could not care for customer services, others went beyond the expected. Seems that the more senior the staff the less interested you are. Cleaners and bar staff were super one receptions was brilliant, one was simply awful and should not have a role facing customers! And… on to the class system….. Top tier, god like status.. any guest with any connection to the Porsche Experience centre. Apparently this gives you supreme status at the hotel with absolute power over staff.. restaurant tables blocked for you, separate rooms and areas with no public access, staff walking around in branded clothing only for the benefit of their guests at the hotel. I suspect the hotel is part funded by the Porsche centre and many staff and guests treat it as their own resort.. Middle tier. Hotel guests, looked after like hotels guests. Bottom tier, chalet guests. Considered a massive inconvenience to the hotel and its staff. Pre payment of food and drinks required (no card taken for account closing on check out) receptionist reluctant to provide the lock and key for ski storage, then been more annoyed when I returned with said lock which was not functioning… only actions taken on simple maintained issues at the third time of asking and even then, by one receptionist who took it upon herself… A very strange and unnecessary ethos in the hotel but something that clearly stems from the top and is pushed by a feeling of entitlement from staff members around the hotel. To be clear, there are some great staff, just overshadowed by others… The chalet rooms are well equipped, nice touch with the sauna and a nice place to spend time, they are noisy…. People walking around in ski boots can be heard and felt through walls and ceilings. Views are limited to the road or the car park but look past the immediate and at least you can see some beautiful forest and snow covered trees! I have left aside costs as everything in Finland is expensive.. value for money. I would say no, but excessive, not really considering the location, if they improved the service and offering this place should be amazing but it would need a cultural shake up with some staff. Did we enjoy our time in Levi? Yes and as a base the hotel was ok but we enjoyed our holiday despite the hotel, not because of the hotel. Would we return? no… better hotels / chalets in the village without the stuffiness of the panorama and it’s Porsche experience connection.

This intimate boutiques style resort has full service for you with a very fine A'la Carte Restaurant Utsu. High standard glass-ceilinged igloos are located in a incredibly beautiful place on the fell slope. The place is perfect to relaxtion, to watch the spectacular view and the northern lights.

Reviewed By Mike CWe stayed here during the season so the place was wonderfully white. There are about 30 igloos, all separate with their own door, of which three, I believe, are suite igloos. These are more spacious and right at the edge of the igloos providing an uninterrupted view across the expanse of trees. I would recommend if your budget stretches. It is about 15 minutes from Levi and reception booked us a taxi. The on-site restaurant, Utsu, is excellent.

Great Hotel, Fantastic location and lovely staff
Reviewed By C1095RUmikecA lovely hotel, close to everything. Room was a good size with a balcony overlooking the street. Food was samey but fine for us. Covid meant our room wasn't cleaned every day, only upon request which again is fine by us. Lovely friendly staff who we will look forward to seeing again next year as we are definitely coming back!

These wooden cabins are situated in Levi Ski Resort, 1 km from the Koillisrinne ski slope and 2,5 km from the Levi-centre. Each features 1-2 bedrooms, a private sauna, as well as a lounge with a flat-screen TV and fireplace. All cabins at Krt Cabins have a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and an extra toilet. Reviewed By Brownleys24We visited as a family of 5 for my sons birthday prior to Xmas and had the most amazing time. This was our second visit to Lapland but first time stay in the cabins which was absolutely perfect! The cabins had everything we needed fridge/cooker etc… but they are rustic not modern and I thought it went we the theme of the place, the starter pack of food was brilliant until a supermarket visit! Our favourite feature was the log burner which we had on a couple of nights and we did some night walks around! Steady 30mins walk into centre of Levi and a taxi back was 10€!! Should I visit for a 3rd time I would definitely return to these cabins!!!

Reviewed By Prathesh JThe Levilehto apartment is located next to Levi ski resort. We stayed here at the end of January. The place was amazing. The area is fully blanketed with a thick layer of snow. so it was a little difficult to locate from the road. The rooms are nice. good heating and other facilities. Best location to stay on a budget.

Perfect for our needs

Usually, we have sofa bed or spare bed in room or two rooms combined, but this was way better for us. Room was spacious and kids enjoyed their time at their own balcony. Still, they were in our sight all the time. They seem to learn from these review or other guests who has written reviews hasn’t find the right breakfast place. They had special breakfast for our room and it had table service for warm dishes. You should really try asparagus with bacon. It was excellent. Kids loved American pancakes with vanilla. Hotel is well located. Easy access to center of the city, slopes and cross-country skiing. Everything that we want to do in Levi. Overall we loved the place and will come back again next time.

Reviewed By elsalG7164UXThe room we had on 2nd floor was noisy in the evening while bowling hall was opened till 11pm, noisy in the morning because of car park and the stairs where kids drag their sleds. The room itself was a bit on the small side but it had everything we needed - kitchen, drying cabinet for ski gear and sauna. My hubby and I are both light sleeper so we decided to upgrade the room to a quieter room on the top floor despite the price. The second room was a suite with a lot more space and very quiet. We could still hear the bowling hall but it did not bother us. We had a room at Unna Mannu before whenever we came to Levi in the last 3 years. Now we know how good that room was. It had a washing machine and everything worked there. This second room at Levi Gold was ok, but the door hinges were quite old, we had to close the toilet door multiple times by force so we wouldnt set the alarm off because of the sauna steam. The twin beds were small and cheap. They were unstable and I felt like falling off every night from the bed. Everything else was nice. The staff, the cleaners, the kitchen utensils, the cleanliness of the room, the service we received and the location. We loved how closely everything was nearby. It is a 2 mins walk to zero-point. We had our own ski storage space outside our room. We took airport shuttle which was just outside Levi Spa Hotel.

Kuivauskaappi ja astianpesukone kuuluu varustukseen. Saunassa hyvät löylyt, kertakäyttö pefletit löytyi vessan kaapista. Hyvä sijainti, pysäköinti ilmainen (tolppapaikka, talvella saisi auton lämmitykseen). Lakanat/pyyhkeet ja loppusiivous ei kuulu hintaan. Voisin majoittua uudestaankin!
