Is located 4 km from Zambujeira do Mar, right in the Southwest Alentejo Park and Costa Vicentina. Perfect for anyone on the Rota Vicentina
Reviewed By K1773DTsimondI stayed at Herdade do Touril with my wife for 2 nights while walking a section of the Rota Vicentina in May 2022. We had a twin bedded room with an en suite luxurious bathroom in a building separated from the main complex. The beds were comfortable, had high quality bedlinen, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were made welcome on arrival and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is in a spectacular and remote location. Both the interior and exterior have been designed by experts with great care and attention to detail. The swimming pool was clean and in beautiful surroundings. Both dinner and breakfast were superb, with extensive menus and choice. I would highly recommend staying here when walking the Rota Vicentina.

Reviewed By 456saulpWe "sleep" 2 nights in the last week of Jully. Was really a bad experience. Staff is incapable to establish a silence rule. They accepte people until 11pm. If you have lucky, perhaps you can have some good time. If you don't have will be a nightmare. This campsite is for young groups! Garden around the pool was poor too. If you go in this beautiful region you can choice Yellow camping in Lagos. Is the best one.

Close to the best beaches of Portugal but..
Reviewed By SergioEscorialStuff is not friendly, we had the feeling we were not welcome..we were in the bungalow, was nice but was a bit noisy during the night, like sleeping outdoors. The breakfast ok, pool ok, facilities ok but its true the best virgin beaches are located just few kms from the hotel.

Amazing place
Reviewed By susana2807This place is great! Everything about it is well thought and you clearly feel that Rodrigo and Ary love what they do and are attentive to their guests. I travelled with a friend and we stayed in a super nice room with soap and shampoo made by Ary (which are really really good!). The place is a bit far from Zambujeira (if you are traveling without a car) but Rodrigo offered us rides to Zambujeira. The breakfast is great, super delicious! Note the amazing bread. I would highly advise anyone to spend some days there! Susana

Monte das Alpendurada. Entitled as Local Lodging (LL), located in the Alentejo Southwest and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, 1.6km from the Beach of Zambujeira do Mar. Consists of six apartments T0 mezzanine, ideal for families of 4 people, and 4 double rooms. The Monte das Alpendurada has a parking lot with shade, with capacity for 20 cars. Guests can enjoy two outdoor pools, one covered and heated. It is for sure the spot to relax from the city routine.

Reviewed By 938filiperGreat reception. Small but cozy room with a full equipped bathroom. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Two separate pools (indoor and outdoor) to your choosing. Very nice breakfast, a large quantity and with great quality. A very presentation and with 2 cats as company. Very close to the city and nice restaurants. Please make sure to try Piccolino.

The hostel has everything you need, from hair dryer to to fridge with ice. Two toilets/showers - very clean and spacious. The room was good . Not to spacious. The lookers were very good and the bed with individual electronic outlets. Free towels. Super WiFi .. very friendly staff. Would return for sure. 9.5/10. Disliked · A small breakfast would make this place a 10/10. Wish there was a desk in the dormitory room.

Quaint But Overpriced
Reviewed By bonvoyage987There is something delightful about staying on a working farm, complete with corn fields, donkeys and chickens heralding a new day. And this hotel provides such an escape. My only complaint was that it was overpriced given the rustic facilities and somewhat tired unkempt grounds.

Not what we expected
Reviewed By ejkbWe booked this hotel as a stop on the Fisherman's Trail hike, booking it specifically for the air conditioning. Unfortunately, it did not work and they were not able to fix it. When we tried to contact them - around 8 pm - to see about changing rooms, we could find no one. The restaurant was closed and there was no person at any desk. We also had trouble finding someone when we first checked in. Positively, the room was clean, the shower good. Our room was on the 3rd floor - made for a very warm night! I do think they get too busy trying to run a restaurant and hotel.

Reviewed By CesarV886We stayed for a week to walk the Vincentian Route. The accommodation is very quiet. Clean and well equipped rooms. The owners are a lovely couple always attentive to any need. The sunsets by the pool are wonderful. Very well located. Site highly recommended.
