We went as a couple for our anniversary in April 2019. It is a cute place. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The food was very average, especially for the price. My steak was served WELL instead of medium. My husbands steak was services MED-WELL instead of medium rare. However they were fairly high quality steaks so they were still tasty. They gave us a free dessert for the inconvenience and did offer to prepare a new steak, however we didn't want to wait. We might try it again b/c of the customer service.

Outstanding food, stellar service. Great steaks, great crab legs, great salad, great crab cakes, delicious desserts, wonderful cocktails. The best place to eat in West Bend and Washington County. Worth a drive, but plan to spend some $$. Always make a reservation or you likely will not get a seat.

First off the Westbend Texas Roadhouse never disappoints us. The steaks are great and prepared just how we request them cooked. The food is always fresh and oh those rolls with cinnamon butter yum! The rattlesnack bite appetizers are delish and I especially enjoy the steak kabobs with grilled kabob veggies, the roadkill, burgers and their fries.. steak fries are hard to find when dining out most places have the thinner fries but I personally prefer the steak fries. The male manager on the weekends when we visit is always so friendly and takes time to visit the tables and ask how your meal is. Every visit we see him and he always has a smile for the customers.. really personable making you always feel welcomed. :) The service and food always good here and we will continue to drive the 30 min to visit this location even though there is a TR closer to us.

We were traveling nearby and stopped for dinner. Nice atmosphere, with a wall separating the eating area from the bar area. Had good service throughout our visit. After reviewing the good menu selection, we settled on the four cheese lasagna and a hamburger on a focaccia bun. Both were tasty. We would definitely go back if in the area.
