I had been to the bistro in Upper Arlington and it was very good, tried Westervillle this time. The cheese fondu was outstanding and we had a flatbread and salads. We had an excellent Premier Cru from Pommard; 2014 François Gaunoux Pommard 1er Cru Les Ãpenots.It was an excellent wine; only $20 over retail. They have wines by the glass and a very large retail selection. You pick a wine and they charge $8 corkage. Great way to have the wine you want. Their selection is one of the best I have seen in a retail shop! Check it out if you are in the area!

I wish I could give them a zero My husband and I visited during Westerville's Fourth Friday in September. We went to the bar and visibly grabbed a tasting menu. The employee behind the bar made direct eye contact with us but never asked if he could help us. However, a man that elbowed his way to the bar, in between my husband and I, was immediately addressed. He completely ignored us and asked the other man if he could be helped. My husband and I looked at each other to confirm what had just happened. We put the tasting menus back on the bar and walked out without saying a word. We will NEVER step foot in this establishment again! We apologize for your experience!! That is not typical of the shop - we aim to excel at customer service! Have been there with friends and enjoy the atmosphere and the wine. The servers are always helpful and can offer suggestions. I suggest going with a "sampler" if you're not sure what you like or want.
