Chelmsford /ˈtʃɛlmsfərd/ is a town in Middlesex County, Massachusetts in the United States. As of the 2010 United States Census, the town's population was 33,802. Only 48.4% are male and the median age of residents in Chelmford is 39.2 years old. It is located 24 miles (39 km) northwest of Boston and, bordering on the city of Lowell, is part of the Greater Lowell metropolitan area. Besides Lowell on its northeast, Chelmsford is surrounded by four towns: Tyngsborough to the north, Billerica to the southeast, Carlisle to the south, and Westford to the west. Chelmsford is bordered by two sizable rivers: the Merrimack River to the north, and the Concord River to the east.

This is my 1st review yet have been going to Pho for years. Work near by so, lunches mostly. The huge bowls of soup are fab. Hot, fresh fair priced. the service is wonderful. Iwe're there at least once a week. Thanks!! :)

Went here for lunch - many reasonably priced options, though the chicken in both the pho and the kung pao chicken was EXTREMELY DRY, very very overcooked. I did love the soup that came with the lunch special, very fresh, bright. I don't understand why on one of their windows, "shabu shabu" is painted, when this is clearly not a shabu shabu restaurant - there are no open hot pots on the tables, no - this is not a shabu shabu place and we were very disappointed to realize that - "shabu shabu" should be taken off the window......on the menu is a hot pot soup that is out of this world expensive - hot pots are brought out to the tables rather than the ones in Chinatown where they're built into the tables and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Pho is not the centerpiece here, there are more dishes you typically see in a Chinese takeout place. Overall, I feel strongly that this is a restaurant catering to suburban sensibilities.

I like Pho 88 much, much better. Lots of Asians go there as well. Sign of a good Asian restaurant. Also at Drum Hill. Pho Da Lat just okay.
