First time trying Local Cuisine in Temple, Iâm heavily influenced by TripAdvisor reviews and decided to give this place a shot. Christie our server was great, we started off With Moscato, and Oyster Rockefellerâs. As our entree I ordered the Blackened Redfish, with a side of Truffle Mac and Cheese. The Mac and Cheese was crisp and creamy, while the Redfish tasted fresh. Being from the coast, Iâm always weary of having places advertise fresh fish and itâs actually frozen. Needless to say we will be back.

The wait time is kept to a minimum with call ahead seating. The hostess greeted us with a warm smile. Our server was very helpful and knowledgeable. The meal was brought out in a timely manner and made fresh. Overall experience was very satisfying and will definitely be returning.

Ate at the bar. Great server, named Demeanyo. Very personable and perfect service. We both had the 10 oz. Flo's filet as medium rare. Perfectly cooked to a true medium rare. The only steak house in Temple that can cook a steak properly. We won't go to any other steakhouse because we're tired of sending them back. Steak dry rub was superb, peppery and full of flavor. House salad good with good blue cheese dressing; baked potato with good flavor. Steamed broccoli a bit overcooked but flavorful. We go there for the steaks, not the veggies. In Temple or Belton, this is the only steakhouse upon which you can depend that your steak will be prepared exactly as you order and with perfect service. BTW, the Red Rock Malbec, Argentina, is outstanding as is the Celsius Sauvignon Blanc.
