We were disapointed by this restaurant, which has a great reputation in Ishigaki.The meat is excellent, but it is extremely expensive (we have been to other steak restaurants in Japan and prices were half of what this restaurant charges).The decoration needs urgent changes as it probably hasn't been changed in the last 20 years (at least).When you pay a very high price for a meal, the atmosphere should definitely be at a higher standard.I would not recommend this restaurant unless you don't bother about the atmosphere.

We tried to find a place to have ishigaki steak, drove around and got to this place. Looks fine and got in. Ordered sizzling steak with semi buffet (RIce, soep, salad all you can eat)After a while we found out that they do not have ishigaki but US steak.....However, we still enjoyed our first night in Ishigaki. Just had some fun. We still enjoj the sizzling plate a lot.

Ishigaki meat is famous, but my favourite was the tongue. It was cooked at your table on charcoal. The meat was excellent. Don't be put off by the fatty texture. That's what makes it so tasty
