Background: On our return to Rapid City, SD from a visit to Devil's Tower, WY, we were starved for lunch and stopped at Guadalajara, just off the highway. Luckily it was near the end of the lunch period as the parking lot and restaurant were packed. We waited just a couple of minutes for a table.Verdict: The bean, chicken and rice portions we were served were huge, necessitating a take out container. Plus they served us a huge pile of warm chips prior to our meal being served. We'd eat here again if we were in the area.

Driving thru on my way to Mt. Rushmore and stop to get some grub. Not bad for being 2,000 miles from the border. Steak Ancho had good flavor but probably seasoned a little too much. Tortillas are far from tasty so next time probably going bowl. I got pinto beans; were ok. Maybe next time refried beans. Rice was far from Mexican as well; more like Spanish, still ok. Iâll go again. Prices are decent for what you get.

Always a good place to eat no matter what city your in. This place was kept really clean with great staff. My favourite is the lime chicken when I go there.
