Was looking for good New York style pizza and the reviews on this place looked good. We ordered 2 large pizzas to go the other day. I will give the pizza a "good" but definitely not a "great". However, definitely better than Papa John, Little Cesear, Domino type pizzas.

I love Piology. I love the concept, and they do a great job getting all of the requested ingredients on that pizza dough. I have always gone with the pick-from-the-ingredients kind of pizza and not from the menu pizzas, and I find that one pizza is enough to share. I have seen others put away a whole pizza on their own, so to each his own.
The new spring specialty menu is out, featuring many strawberry based foods. I had the California Fields Green salad with Strawberries. This salad is very flavorful, has the field greens, pistachios, strawberries and is served with a Champagne vinaigrette. The large is more than enough to for two to share!
We love Laventina's and have been loyal for years. This year we have been branching out and trying different items on the menu. Pastrami pizza is awesome and their spicy buffalo wings are amazing. This trip we tried items from their Indian inspired menu: chutney pizza and jeera wings.Oh my! Where has this been all my life. That spicy chutney pizza was amazing. And the jeera wings were mild but very flavorful. Highly recommend.

Love this restaurant! It's a quaint little family owned restaurant on the corner. The restaurant reminds me of Grandma's house with all the old family pictures on the walls. It's obvious that the food is from hand-me-down family recipes, the best! This restaurant has a great old-fashioned, old world feel. When we eat for dinner, garlic bread, minestrone soup & salad w/creamy Italian dressing is included with the meal. My teenage kids are always wanting to eat here. The staff are always curtious & helpful. A great family restaurant!
