Happy hour all day! They have an all you can eat menu or you can just order off of the regular menu. Good quality food. My favorite is the Albacore Special Roll. I mean it's my favorite roll of all stores I've been to. They also have an A+ rating.

I stopped by the bank next door and instantly wanted Japanese food when I saw their sign.I ordered tempura shrimp, shrimp and noodle, and a vegetable skewer. The tempura shrimp was the best I've ever had, it was fresh and had the perfect light crunch. Not a hint of ocean, I was pretty amazed. The shrimp and noodles were pretty blan and the skewer was ok, it needed a little more flavor also.Is return to try other things.

The food here is good for a fast food type of Hawaiian BBQ. My favorite is the chicken katsu. I personally don't order the bbq beef. It's not terrible, it's just it has too much of a ginger after-taste for my liking, but my family likes it, so it's just me really. They have good portions and at a reasonable price. We also get the spam musubi and I like the macoroni salad. Service has always been great. I don't know if it's the cooks they have on certain days, but there have been times when I've ordered the chicken katsu and got really dry end pieces. The spam musubi sometimes has it's issues like others have said; not enough sauce, rice is a little dry or the spam slices are too thin. With that said, if you don't want to drive to Cerritos for L&L or wait for a table at the Loft, this is a good place to get your Hawaiian BBQ fix.

Joe's Sushi

So we were looking around for sushi around the area. We found this place after trying a few others that had very long waits, or just didn't have an inviting atmosphere. We sat at the bar since there was seating right away. We started looking at the menu and ordered a plate each. The waitress then asked if we were doing the all you can eat, but didn't explain how it worked. We ended up doing ala-carte but after the second round, she said it would be cheaper or even the same price to do all you can eat. After getting the full explination, I definatly would have ordered differently from the begining to maximize what I got. All in all, it was very good sushi at a decent price. We will come back next time we are in town again.

Mamma's Sushi

Family-owned neighborhood sushi spot with great daily specials. Variety of rolls and sashimi. I'm not a beer drinker, but they seem to have quite a selection. Very casual; friendly wait staff; family friendly; food comes up quickly; the portions are generous but not over the top. You can take out or dine in. Sushi bar, tables, or booths. There are a couple of large screen televisions over the sushi bar with whatever game is on. Loud-ish music. As for the food, I think the rolls are better than the dinner specials, but I always order both because I like to take some home for lunch the next day. The dinner comes with miso soup (average flavor), green salad, steamed rice, potato salad, and whatever entree you ordered. I like the tempura with chicken teriyaki and California roll. My favorite roll is the "sexy girl." It has tempura fried shrimp with jalapeño, mango, and cream cheese rolled in rice and sprinkled with crunchies. It might sound strange, but the combination is delicious. There is nothing fancy about Mamma's. It's basically a great place for an inexpensive meal with friends or family. Because it's family friendly, super casual, and kind of loud, I would not go for a romantic meal. It's very clean. Restrooms are very clean. Wheelchair accessible.

Tokyo Hibachi

We hadn't eaten here for several years; often choosing closer, more convenient "fast food" Japanese restaurants or a higher end Japanese restaurant in Irvine instead. The outside and inside have been re-painted. the decor seems cultural. Tokyo Hibachi is indeed in between the fast food/low flavor and the expensive/fru fru restaurants. I had the King Sushi plate; fish was fresh with decent portions and decent price. chicken teriyaki at our table was cooked to order. tableware is not plastic and service was attentive (room was 2/3 full) and food arrived without delay. We will go back again, and not wait so long until we return!

I Luv Sushi

Came here with friends for dinner. Located in a small strip mall close to LB airport. The front of the location is on the north side so we literally drove past the place because the backside faces the street. Small place but the service was good and the fish was really fresh. We ordered the edamame, sashimi, and a few specialty rolls. Everything was delicious. Will definitely be back.
