Italy without Pasta is like green Christmas, something is just missing. The ristorante Polo has mastered this old italian tradition! The handmade pasta tasted amazing. We went for the truffle tagliatelle and the seasonal ramson pasta which both exceeded our expectations and, furthermore, are very reasonably priced! Eva our waitress was also always very friendly and made our dinner exceptional. This place is well worth the very long uphill drive to get to. So cute you want to sit there forever. Nice service from friendly staff. Food was lovely. We had some amazing anti-pasti. This place is not cheap but by Swiss standards, not expensive either.The views are wonderful. It was our favorite restaurant on our tour of Switzerland.

Buona cucina, personale simpatico, servizio piuttosto celere. Il locale avrebbe necessità di un maquillage, ma trattandosi di un rifugio, va bene lo stesso. Il prezzo è un po' più da città , ma la qualità del cibo lo fa perdonare. Globalmente: molto buono

What a wonderful place to stay and eat this Osteria is! The service was both accomplished and friendly, the kitchen was masterfully light and contemporary but at the same time remaining authentic Ticino. The rooms were large, attractive and comfortable. And the village is lovingly maintained with outstanding views. I could not recommend this place highly enough.
