We visit this restaurant when visiting family in Chanhassen. This is an excellent,family run restaurant in a strip mall. It could easily be a successful, larger stand alone restaurant. But itâs great the way it is.It does have lots of seating. Itâs so popular, donât be surprised if you have to wait. Itâs definitely worth the wait. We usually go early because of our grandkids.Our grandkids are picky eaters, but they love the food here. Itâs easily their favorite in the area. Our son-in-Law, daughter and my husband say the drinks are great. Their margaritas were huge!The service is great. The surroundings comfortable. Iâm always amazed how quickly they serve such great food. Each of us ordered different meals and all were more than happy with their choices.You know a restaurant is good when itâs a local favorite. The staff knew just about everyone coming in. Be sure to have dinner here! Weâll definitely be back.

I ordered shrimp tacos. They were very flavorful. However, they needed a sauce very badly! I ended up putting the salsa from our complimentary salsa & chips into my taco.Can get pretty expensive. Clean and organized. Attentive and polite waiter. Very very good salsa.I will return again, but perhaps I will order something else.Overall, pretty good.

Taco Loco would generally be considered a fast-food dive bar. A local favorite relatively hidden off of the beaten path away from downtown. Most would consider it a fast food joint but everything is made to order which really means it falls into the fast-casual category. The food tastes better here than it does at the other half dozen mexican restaurants in town. I don't know what it is about this place but It continues to impress me. Maybe it's the vibe that I get when I walk in. It isn't a shiny fancy fast food joint. It's in a relatively old building with no real fancy decor. It's not a run down restaurant, it's just not updated, or hip, or trendy. But I dont come here for any of that. I come here because each meal is consistently great and I know exactly what to expect. They continue to put great dishes in my face and I continue to eat them.The only problem you are likely to have is figuring out what to order because their menu is enormous. TIP: We get the Tex-Mex tacos every time. Worth the $3 for two tacos.

For a fast food restaurant this wasn't a bad place to fill your stomach. The food was good and inexpensive and one of a few places still open late at night. It wouldn't have been our first choice but were pleasantly surprised at the flavour of the meal.

My wife and I visited here and sat in the bar. Wonderful bar service....we also had dinner. I had a small steak as part of the healthy meal promotion. The steak was exceptional and cooked perfectly which is rare in these restaurants. Best bartender in a long time!

My wife and I have really enjoyed our visits over the past year. We love sitting at the bar and watching the hard working crew. Their margaritas are outstanding. Food is superb and fast, maybe a bit too fast. The only negative is the older restaurant atmosphere. Give this place a try!

I would definitely go back! Everything was fabulous! Even the House Margaritas were great! I'm extremely picky on my margaritas and don't normally like the house brand! This one was amazing! They have great happy hour specials and great daily lunch specials and daily drink specials! The chips and salsa were very fresh and good! I got the ultimate chimichanga which was delicious! Just can't say enough about this place. I was thoroughly impressed! Next time I want to try a flight of margaritas to try the different flavors and kinds they have!
