The food is fresh good, and one plate is enough for both of us to get full off of. Service is quick and friendly, and food arrives quickly. The tabletops are entertaining bits of trivia. Only drawback for us is that they're not open for supper.

the food was great......but it was so so hot. I'm not a complainer but it was so hot it took for ever to cool down. The restaurant was also so cold we had to go get our coats
Yes itâs unimpressive from the outside and simple on the inside but donât let that discourage you. The place is run by s good family and the food is good. Prices are modest and wait staff is polite and friendly. We always make time for a breakfast there.
I am so proud to be the first to review Jalisco in Cuero. This shiny new Mexican restaurant is a delight in the quality of the food and also the friendly and professional wait staff. My suggestion? Try #40, an item featuring a delicious white sauce (whose name I cannot remember).
The portions here are big, prices are low, and this was such a nice stop on our road trip, much better than a fast food drive through would have been. Our waitress was sweet, service was quick. I would definitely go again as we pass through. (-:
