Pizza is not my favourite dish but at this pizzeria they managed to surprise me positively. Nice crisp base, lovely tomato sauce and fresh ingredients to top off. Local selection of beer and wine to round it all off. Worth mentioning was the single and most charming waitress who served about 50 pizzas during the hour we spent at this magnificent place. If you are up for pizza look no further; this is the best west of the alps.

This is a lovely little take away place with a few tables on the pavement that enable you to enjoy your choice of Pizza (out of perhaps 50 on offer) with a cold beer outside on a balmy summer's evening. I use it a lot when in the area on business. Madam Rouge, her husband and son run the place and are very friendly and welcoming!Great traditional thin crust Italian style Pizzas at an excellent price. Thoroughly recommended.

We read the rave reviews and looked forward to a great family experience. We left with a question: what's the all the fuss about? The restaurant is a very plain road-side place in a less than attractive setting. It's certainly clean and sleek. As for the food....perfectly ordinary. The pizzas available in Grignan itself are as good, even if none of them can boast the variety that La Cicala offers. The much-praised pizza crusts were nothing special. We did, however, have an excellent side salad. Staff are polite if not particularly warm. Portions are very generous, the wine list is basic but fine, and the prices very reasonable. You can't go seriously wrong here, but it's frankly not at all what other reviews led us to expect.Thank you for sharing your opinion. We are not pretending to be the best or creating any fuss. Rates are based on each one experiences. I' m sorry your expectations were not fulfilled. You're more then welcome to come back and spend a better time .

J'ai l'occasion d'y manger mangé de temps en temps quand je suis en déplacement travail sur VALREAS, jamais déçu, super accueil, avec sourire, amabilité, restaurant très propre. Je suis une bonne mangeuse, ça m'arrive de calée, super qualité/prix, les burger délicieux, pizzas excellente. La serveuse adorable, souriante et dynamique. Les patronnes sont très aimable et humaine. Je recommande fortement, c'est largement meilleur que Mc DO et moins cher par rapport à la qualité des produits.

With a sunny terrace and a bright, colourful interior this is an inviting place for a drink, lunch or dinner. The menu features pasta, pizza and salads and there is a set lunch menu too. The pizzas were generous in size with a thin and crispy base and ample topping. Service was prompt and we were not kept waiting.

This is a great location to enjoy food, drinks or good music! Nice interior with a bit family-history. Makes it personal. We had dinner on a Sunday-evening in the post-season. Salade and a pizza. Good (red) wine! Service by owners is good and very friendly. Dessert was good too!And the music was great!Toung folks own and run the place. And they are doing good!Highly recommended.
