Depuis environ 5 ans, nous fréquentons ce restaurant une à deux fois par an et nous avons toujours été très satisfaits contrairement aux commentaires laissés par de nombreux internautes. A chaque fois, nous fréquentions ce restaurant hors WE et nous arrivions toujours à l'heure d'ouverture. Cette fois-ci, nous sommes arrivés un samedi soir, 10 minutes après l'ouverture. A peine installés, d'autres clients sont arrivés et en l'espace de 30 à 40 minutes la salle était pratiquement complète. Malgré cette affluence nous avons très bien mangé (entrée, plat et dessert) et le service était rapide et sans faute. Il est vrai que le personnel ne peut pas faire face à une arrivée de tant de clients en un laps de temps aussi court. Il est logique que les temps d'attente soient parfois relativement longs avec parfois des erreurs aussi bien coté service que coté cuisine. Bref, si comme nous vous voulez avoir la pleine satisfaction (cuisine et service) il faut arrivé tôt surtout un vendredi ou un samedi soir. Les cuisiniers ne sont pas encore débordés et les serveurs ont le temps de bien s'occuper de vous.

On y mange bien mais les tarifs sont assez élevés pour une pizzeria ! C est extrêmement bruyant ... dommage ... on ne s entend pas parler ...La deco est sympa ....

This restaurant is right next door to the Premiere Classe hotel. It looks a lot nicer inside than out, it's a very modern building on a big out of town development. I thought it was all good, fairly cheap carafe of red wine and nice pasta and gnocchi.

We had a nice lunch here on a rainy day. This place has a very cosy atmosphere. You can see the kitchen in the back and the staff is very friendly and efficient. The menu options allow you to taste different things at a very reasonable price. The arrancini was delicious and the simplicity of the pasta stays true to Italy.

No 1 restaurant in Metz? Really!? It just shows how, even in France, TA reviewers can get it badly wrong.I should have known, of course, that a pizza called Andre, aaah! was not going to be authentically Italian, but I was not quite prepared for the way in which the odd mix of toppings (including three very small mussels in their shells) coalesced into an off-putting sludge when it hit the hot dough. I could not bring myself to finish it - even though I am a World War II baby trained to eat whatever is on my plate. The place itself lacked anything resembling comfort or charm; and the only redeeming feature was the cheap but good carafe of wine.

We ran into Le Petit Mona while looking for a place to have lunch on a rainy Saturday in Metz. The side dining room was perfect to sit down, eat and warm up a little bit. The restaurant offers Paninis, Pasta and Salads made with fresh ingredients. They also had a desert selection but we didn't try them. We went for the Lola Panini made with Italian ham, goat cheese, homemade pesto, tomatoes and arugula salad. The sandwiches and atmosphere were excellent. We couldn't ask for any more. Service was really nice as well.

Nous en avions déjà entendu parlé donc nous avons fait nos curieux et pas de déception si ce n'est pour le décor qui fait un peu cantine et qui rend le tout un peu bruyant même s'il n'y avait pas grand monde.Les pizzas sont délicieuses et conséquentes donc même moi qui suis un grand mangeur, je suis reparti avec mon doggy bag.

If you happen to be near here this is a restaurant used by locals. The pizzas looked very tempting but we had duck in a plum sauce which was almost the best ever, and a very good salad. We nearly didn't go inside as pizzas and France don't, in our view, go together. However, with the prospect of not eating at all that evening or trying it out, we fell in. It is very homely and is run by an Italian family.It was extremely busy and we were fortunate that a table had been reserved for us by our B&B hosts. We saw enough of Metz to come to the conclusion that we probably wouldn't pass that way again. But you never know.
