We've been weekly / forthrightly customers to this place for at least 8yrs. Since its been taken over by new management they are constantly out of stock of pasta. We ask for a half / half pizza which often gets completely ignored.They don't care for customer service.Mistakes happen more often than not so I've spent my last dollar with this lot. Tonight one of the staff ignored us when we advised that she gave our pasta away to the wrong customer but didn't want to hear it. Then when she realized she was wrong, the girl then advised us that they don't have any more left after we'd stood around waiting for 30 minutes. I understand that mistakes happen, but not EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I have become fed up with the formulaic pizzas of the big franchises. Their flavours seem bland and the price is rather like booking a flight - dependent on a multitude of factors, heaven forfend that you add extras like anchovies!Three Kings is refreshingly honest and generous toppings make their pizzas a joy. Our favourites are the Kingsâ special which is loaded with meat and flavour and the Hawaiian which is a melody of ham and pineapple.

We had a great value breakfast at Nonna's, ordering the $5.95 breakfast special which consisted of scrambled eggs, Turkish bread toast, bacon, tomato and hash browns. This was a decent size breakfast for a great price. The coffee was the best that we had experienced during our time in Australia; if you love coffee make sure you ask for a triple shot. Customer service was friendly and efficient, Would highly recommend.

Went to Ginoâs food amazing staff amazing but owner def needs to work on his customer service skills heâs very rude and self opinionated We arrived and he asked our name for booking which I gave him my full name he looked in book threw his arms up I canât find you he said waitress came over looked in book and said oh yes here you are under your first name weâll he swung round on me and in front of other diners said why didnât you say that Iâm not a mind reader well excuse me but I gave you my full name not my fault was only put down as my first name it was very embarrassing if we had not have been meeting friends I would have walked at that moment I used to run a restaurant and would never ever have spoken to my customers in this manner and definatly not in front of customers like thatBrush up on your customer service skills Gino it may be a while till we come back again sad to say

This is getting four star review for the food only. We only ever get take away from Mano's and decided Saturday to dine in. The food, awesome as always! Chef deserves 5 stars. The service, not so awesome. The lady didn't look like she wanted to be there at all. Very rude staff and she said about two words to us. I asked for water it seemed like a big deal. We wont dine in again we will go back to take away.

What a great find this Italian restaurant is. The food and staff are fantastic. We have been twice in the past week, pizza the first time and they are grea, fresh and full of life from a wood fired oven. The second time we had their bread and dip plate as an entree. That was fantastic with a glass of red. For mains we had the Veal Scallopini el Fungi. What a great meal with roast potatoes and a side salad. We will certainly be back on our return to the area. They also have live music mid week. BYO wine.
