Like an impressive Noah's Ark this Restauracja Tawerna u Jermaka is located beside the entrance of JERMAK Campsite, at the shores of Lake Lubie (4km from Drawsko Pomorskie).
The Nepalese Chef cook prepares exquisite dishes from the Indian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese and European cuisine. The wide range is not to be deceived away about the really genuine good quality of all dishes. The Chef has international experience - you would never exspect this really tasty offer out here 'in the province' ...
The ambiance, as I said, shipbuilder's carpenter work, really interesting design!
And for those who are interested in butterflies, there are many framed samples to admire at the upper floor ...
I do not know, if there are many more such recommendable Restaurants in the Drawsko Region ... (Thanks for any advice...).
We'll be here again - next time in September!

On my journey from Germany to Gdansk I found this nice Restaurant on the Road near by the Gasstation, I always order the Żurek w Chlebje which is a typical polish Soup. You have to taste it and also so Pancakes with sweet chees.
The places can be very crowdy because of the tourists busses, they always stopps here because of the good food.
The staff is friendly and pleasent.

Restaurant has very nice location near lake. During summertime you can sit outside. Prices are attractive and portions big. Food was good.

I found it by TA.
It wasn't so easy because entrance is located from the side of building and then you need to go to the basement.
At the beginning i found poor quality restaurant smell.
It comes form upstairs.
When you go to the main room you see typical decoration and dark colours.
Service was good fast and helpful, I recommend to try Żur-polish soup and pork tenderloin with chanterelle souse. Salad was typical- nothing special.
Freshly made, tasty but please do something with ventilation.

Seated and served wine / took order then to be told 1 hour wait but as we already had wine we was stuck. Got an English menu well half of one, all starters and mains where not on the English menu but muddled through. Ordered starts and mains. 4 mains and 1 starter arrive after 30 mins not 1 hour. Asked why and was told they bring when ready and we would get our other starts later which is shocking. The lady had a take it or leave it attitude very disappointing.
Desert was given to apologize but we was still eating so at our table was starter main and desert at the same time well done . Iv attached pictures as I would not have believed it if someone just told me.
Gave a 2 only because food was good.
If you like good food and don't care how its served then come here if you want a good experience avoid!

Kucharz ewidentnie ma aspiracje (i umiejętności!) wykraczające daleko poza Resko. W życiu bym się nie spodziewał tak fantastycznej polędwicy wołowej, tak pięknie glazurowanej marchewki, tak gustownie podanej z sosem pieprzowym. Sos całkowicie zbędny (dlatego był też w mini sosjerce), wyśmienitej polędwicy nie trzeba niczym poprawiać. Mały minus, że zamawiając rare otrzymałem medium, i to zmierzające nieuchronnie do well done, ale po zareklamowaniu drugie podejście było już dobre. Kucharzu - ostrożnie z czasem :-) W menu takie dania jak policzki wołowe w sosie korzennym zdradzają, że restauracja celuje znacznie wyżej niż mogłoby się wydawać po takiej miejscowości jak Resko. Na deser z czystym sumieniem można polecić sernik - bardzo zacna porcja, oczywiście pięknie podana na talerzu muśniętym kwaskowym sosem. Jadąc przez Resko i nie zjeść w Mozaice to grzech ciężki i niewybaczalny. Polecam!!!

Restauracja trochę mało zachęca takie osoby przejeżdżające jak ja do odwiedzenia...
Jednak jak już się zejdzie po schodach i otworzy drzwi wygląda znacznie lepiej.
Restauracja prawdopodobnie nie posiada własnego parkingu. Parkuję się tam gdzie jest wolne miejsce.
Byłem razem z żoną dwa dni jeden po drugim w godzinach 17-19. Zawsze było gwarno i wiele stolików zajętych. Łącznie 10 stolików.
Dziewczyny z obsługi "sztywne" mało uśmiechu (pewnie zmęczone pracą) po prostu normalny serwis bez WOW...
Wnętrze ładne, trochę brudno na parapetach. Stoliki czyste, krzesła OK. Na stolikach świeczki które tylko stoją - nie są zapalane przez serwis.
W środku znajduję się kącik dla dzieci.
W te dwa dni zamawialiśmy przystawki, zupy i dania główne. W pierwszy dzień nie było zupy dyniowej polecanej przez szefa kuchni.
Jedzenie BARDZO dobre!!!! Duże porcje! Dobrze przyprawione, estetyczne. Proste w smaku i doskonale dobrane składniki. (jedliśmy polędwiczki wieprzowe, łososia, dorsza...) W pierwszy dzień kucharką okazała się fajna młoda dziewczyna. GRATULUJEMY kucharza!!!
Generalnie polecamy. Jak tylko znów odwiedzimy Świdwin to tam wpadniemy! Musimy wypróbować desery bo fajnie wyglądały na innych stołach... :)
