Well this was a bonus finding a live music venue in Picarras, you need to be with locals to find it but its well worth finding, it actually appears to be made for a band to play, large open area but still very cosy with a great atmosphere. Good range of drinks, friendly service and good live music.
Well worth another visit.

Best Restaurant in Penha, with magnificient food (brazilian, seafood and steak) and amazing waiters. They have 'a la carte' or 'self-service' options (some days). The 'a la carte' items are described for 2 people, but can easily serve 4 people. The self-service has the most part of Menu's dishes, including desserts. If you go to Beto Carrero's World, it's a perfect choice since it's 5 minutes (by car) from the park and the waiters are availble to give you very good tips as where to park, what to carry, etc.

good clean atmosphere, friendly waiters, great pizza, ready in a few minutes, great selection of flavors and even the option of sweet chocolate pizzas! recommended for couples or families. We bought one large pizza (12 pieces) and it was enough for the whole family. you can choose up to 3 flavors per pizza. They also had the option of pay per head and eat all the pizza you want, they bring them round the tables... we weren't hungry enough for this option, but looked good.

A simpática casa de estilo germânico oferece cerca de cinquenta tipos de pastéis, todos de ótimo sabor. Alguns inclusive são bastante inovadores como camarão com siri. Uma delícia.

Restaurante anexo ao Hotel Imperador, é muito gostoso ( o café da manha é servido ali). Bem em frente ao mar, dispõem de mesas ao ar livre que são um charme a mais. Bons preços e bom serviço

I know this place since its very begining, and it keeps making me come back. Their dishes are very well prepared, but their crown jewel is the Hackepeter, a german style raw meat mixed in front of you with an egg, olive oil, several different spices, chopped onions, capers and so on.
The place has a few places inside the AC area, so it's recomended to bring some insect repellant with you if you're going there in the summer.

Se visitar Piçarras tem que ir comer o pastel da Pastelaria Blumenau. Bem sequinho e com uma variedade imensa de recheios deliciosos! O atendimento é muito atencioso e a casa sempre está cheia, mas ninguém perde a viagem pois sempre vão achar uma mesa para você. Tem cerveja de garrafa.
