Brasserie Konrad is our well-known restaurant at Ski Lodge. It is named after the founder of Engelberg, Konrad von Sellenburen who rode into Engelberg 900 years ago to found the monastery. We gather our inspiration from the Swiss Alps, Northern Italy, France and our Nordic heritage and are truly passionate about local produce. Switzerland boasts some of the best cheese, meat and wine in the world - and we'd love to share these secrets with you.

The SCHWAND is an authentic Swiss restaurant and guest house offering genuine Swiss cuisine and a bountiful brunch on weekends, all at reasonable rates. SCHWAND is located on the south slope just four kilometers uphill from Engelberg and is easily accessible by car in summer and winter. Our large south facing Terrace offers breathtaking views to the opposite alpine Panorama, and our inviting 'Stübli' invites you to linger and enjoy the warm ambience and delightful menu. SCHWAND is a charming event location with 7 rustic and cosy mountain style rooms with up to 17 beds. The nearby chapel makes SCHWAND a unique place to celebrate weddings and baptisms.
